3 Bed Villa in Polemi, Paphos in the middle of 3 beach locations all a 20 minute drive from the Villa.

Enjoy magnificent, breathtaking, unobstructed views of miles of vineyards on the foothills of the Troodos mountains while you lounge around the solar heated private pool in this peaceful, traditional Cypriot village away from the tourist areas but close enough to enjoy if required. The village has 2 tavernas (one of which shows sporting events on a large screen), banks and ATMs and several mini-marts. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious villa arranged on one floor with no stairs with an open plan living area, solar heated private pool and large fully furnished pool area with sunloungers, sofas & outdoor dining facilities, fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and the living/kitchen areas with a gas fire for the cooler months. Perfect for families with babies and kids of all ages and couples looking for a romantic getaway. Paphos Airport is only a 30 minute drive from the villa and Larnaca a 90 minute drive.

Our house in Polemi is nestled in the foothills of the Troodos mountains with views of the local vineyards and mountains stretching as far as the eye can see. It is such a contrast from London life and the place we love to escape in the summer to unwind and recharge.

What makes this villa unique

The breathtaking, unobstructed views of the vineyards and mountains meant that we immediately fell in love with the villa and it has not disappointed. In all of the reviews it remains the most talked about aspect of the property, followed by the relaxing, well equipped pool area.

Dealing with Tanya was a pleasure from first contact. She was friendly, informative and quick to respond. We booked two weeks in late April / early May and had a fabulous holiday at the villa. The situation and décor is as good as it looks in the pictures. The place was spacious, well laid out for family living and stylish. The outside area had comfy furniture in both sun and shade and the pool was clean and a great size. The panoramic view from the garden was stunning - we did not get bored of looking out at the unspoilt ever changing vista. Polemi is a friendly village with a decent tavern or two and well situated to explore the island. We spent time in Polis and Coral Bay and could drive to the mountains easily. It is a beautiful time of year to visit. We would recommend a car however to explore. My husband, I and two small children had fun and came back relaxed, happy and tanned. Thank you Tanya for your hospitality.

Notes on accommodation: Wifi/Internet for guest use Middle East Satellite TV available for all guests Outside: Large pool area with wicker sofas and table, a large double lounger with umbrella, 2 comfortable sun loungers and 4 deck chairs. Large gas BBQ and outside eating area with table and seating for up to 6 people. Solar heated, recently re-built and re-lined (2011) pool, cleaned twice a week Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels & linen are included and the villa will be clean for your arrival and cleaned following your departure. Extra cleaning can be arranged at additional cost. A welcome pack of milk, bread etc can be arranged. Other: We have a travel cot with linen and a child car seat in good condition (better condition than those from the car rental companys) that are available to guests.b There are 2 inflatable mattresses in the mezzanine areas, one double and one single.

Great location

This is a lovely spacious house with beautiful views across the valley. Great to lounge by the pool and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

The house is situated on the edge of a village but easy 5min walk to shops and two great restaurants.

Would definitely recommend this house if you want to avoid the tourists and enjoy the local community.

Nice quiet location, villa was a good size and polemi is well situated to reach all sides of the island in about 20-40 mins defending on which side. Cyprus is great overall, nothing really to fault it, and we have been to plenty of vacation destinations!

Lovely Villa

What a pleasure to stay in a really spacious, clean and lovely villa. Views were amazing. A car is highly recommended to get out and about, but it is a lovely walk into the village where there are supermarkets, cafes and a couple of restaurants.

A visit to this villa is highly recommended.

Amazing Villa in a stunning location.

This villa is truly amazing . My wife and I have been visiting Cyprus for long time and have stopped in many different locations but this Villa in Polemi has been by far the best.

Its is fully furnished with everything you need or can think off , and as a huge bonus they are quality furnishing , unlike some other apartments and villas where only the cheapest is used. It is certainly a home from home.

The location is so much better than we could have anticipated, the views from the pool area are spectacular and comes with as much peace and relaxation than you could ever dream off.

Polemi village itself is only a very short walk into the centre from the villa where there are several well stocked supermarkets , banks , coffee shops and some very good tavernas so you are never far away from anything you may need.

My wife and I was here in November 2016 as we needed some much needed relaxation and tlc time and that is what we got.

Thank you Tanya for letting us rent your villa, we had a truly exceptional time here and are looking forward to coming back soon.

Beautiful Villa in Polemi

We just spent a lovely week in a villa overlooking mountains with a private pool. It was very well equipped and spacious, with a heated pool which was needed even in 32 degrees!! It was very clean and tidy which helped us have a lovely relaxing holiday.

It was close to a couple of supermarkets which were very friendly and a nearby restaurant which was good! A little bit further there was another restaurant which was very good value for money. You do need a car to get around but it didn't stop us having a great time!! Tanya went out of her way to ensure we had a good holiday even down to arranging transport to pick us up!

It was that comfortable we have enquired about returning next year!! I would recommend this villa to family and friends. Have a look for yourself!
