This apartment offers an ideal location directly in the centre of the village, only two minutes walk from Pleney or three to Super Morzine lift. From the balcony you can look out over the lower part of the village, superb for those who like to soak up the local atmosphere. Step outside and you have great shopping, restaurants, bars and local delis in every direction. Outside the door is Ski and Mountain Bike hire shop who also offer a bike clean, service and storage charge for a small charge (approx. €5 per day). The apartment boasts a stylish interior which is light and modern. The accommodation comprises of a kitchen, living/dining area with a double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with LCD screen TV including satellite connection and Wifi.

"Just returned from our first ski holiday with the children and stayed at this apartment. We used the BASS ski school which is directly opposite the apartment but the ESF school is only a 3 minute walk . The location made life so much easier for us and the children. Will definitely book again next year!. Tom and Jayne, Cardiff.

Excellent apartment

5 of us stayed at the apartment in Morzine over Christmas and we couldn't have wished for a better loation in the town, perfect for the 2 main lifts, bars and shops.

The apartment was clean and spacious and had some great views, perfect for a large family or group of friends. (possibly needed a microwave but you can't have everything).

We've booked to go back to the apartment in the summer for a mountain bike holiday and can highly recommend this apartment in a fantastic town.

We loved Morzine from the the first time we went. Its a location that offers fantastic skiing and a great outdoor adventure in the summer. We bought this particular apartment because the location is unbeatable.

Nearest Airport : Geneva (Swiss Side) at 90 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : L'Atelier at 40 Metres Nearest Motorway : A40 at 30 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Le Grange at 50 Metres Nearest Ski : Le Pleney at 200 Metres Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

During the summer months, Morzine is a fantastic location for mountain biking and hiking. Directly opposite the apartment is a ski/bike hire shop that will store mountain bikes, service them and wash them down for a small price.

Coast/Beach:

Lac Montriond is a 10 minute drive away.

Travel:

Geneva is the nearest airport which is around 1 hour away from the resort. Cars can be hired here or regular transfers are available through the winter and summer months.

Distances:

Morzine is a large town nestled in the Alps. The larger towns of Thonon Les Bains and Cluses are about a 30 minute drive away. From Cluses there are high speed trains to Paris and Milan.

Further Details:

Morzine has everything you need for a fantastic ski or summer retreat. There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and some wonderful boutique shops.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £150 is requested at booking time and the full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to travel. We can provide information and assistance on pre-booking lift passes (ski, mountain bike or walking passes) and can offer access to discounted ski and bike hire or storage.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday. The apartment will be available from 4pm and the apartment must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. This is not flexible during the ski seasons but short breaks will be considered at certain times during the year.
