This apartment offers an ideal location directly in the centre of the village, only two minutes walk from Pleney or three to Super Morzine lift. From the balcony you can look out over the lower part of the village, superb for those who like to soak up the local atmosphere. Step outside and you have great shopping, restaurants, bars and local delis in every direction. Outside the door is Ski and Mountain Bike hire shop who also offer a bike clean, service and storage charge for a small charge (approx. €5 per day). The apartment boasts a stylish interior which is light and modern. The accommodation comprises of a kitchen, living/dining area with a double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with LCD screen TV including satellite connection and Wifi.

We loved Morzine from the the first time we went. Its a location that offers fantastic skiing and a great outdoor adventure in the summer. We bought this particular apartment because the location is unbeatable.
There is no where more central in Morzine.

We used the BASS ski school which is directly opposite the apartment but the ESF school is only a 3 minute walk . The location made life so much easier for us and the children. Lovely apartment in a fantastic spot
Location could not be better. Few minutes from main lift stations, ski shops and other shops and all main bars and restaurants in town. Few mins walk to small Carrefour.
Given location its also surprisingly quite. There's also a great view of the mountains from the balcony and through large sliding doors that access it. Photos show this but its much better live!
Double bedroom is spacious for a french apartment, you'll know what I mean!
Four bed room also spacious with lots of hanging space on balcony/mezzanine level. Head room is restricted in this room, but our six foot sons didn't find it too much of a problem.
Kitchen is small if you want to cook a lot and there's no oven. However, five of us ate in most nights without too much trouble.
Apartment is simply furnished, clean, comfortable and practical for a ski holiday. Beds are comfy with good quality linen.
All in all a great place to stay.

5 of us stayed at the apartment in Morzine over Christmas and we couldn't have wished for a better loation in the town, perfect for the 2 main lifts, bars and shops.
The apartment was clean and spacious and had some great views, perfect for a large family or group of friends. (possibly needed a microwave but you can't have everything).
We've booked to go back to the apartment in the summer for a mountain bike holiday and can highly recommend this apartment in a fantastic town.

A deposit of £150 is requested at booking time and the full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to travel. We can provide information and assistance on pre-booking lift passes (ski, mountain bike or walking passes) and can offer access to discounted ski and bike hire or storage.
Changeover day is Saturday. The apartment will be available from 4pm and the apartment must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. This is not flexible during the ski seasons but short breaks will be considered at certain times during the year.
