Brilliant apartment in the Minerva complex in Benalmadena, on the corner of Bonanza Square. 24 hour reception and close to all amenities. In a 9th floor with great views and spectacular pools and gardens. All day sunny. One side of the balcony gets the morning sun and the other in the afternoon.

About Carlos Moreno

Hello. We are Carlos and Maria, a marriage of 46-49 years and have a son, Carlos of 11 years. We live in Granada. Maria is a teacher and I am Carlos, a policeman. I consider myself a serious, formal and quite handyman. So if there is something wrong or any damage, do not worry it will soon be corrected. We bought the apartment in 2009, it was love at first sight, and never better said, cause seeing the view from the balcony and the rest of the floor, we decided to buy it and reform it. We also have the help of Mari. Neighbour’s apartment. Which helps us in all reception jobs, accommodation, cleaning, etc..And which is always available to any suggestion or need. We bought the apartment in 2009, it was love at first sight, and never better said, cause seeing the view from the balcony and the rest of the floor, we decided to buy it and reform it. Due to the crisis, government cuts, etc. have chosen to rent it, so that we can cope with the mortgage, community, etc. Our main interest is that our customers have an enjoyable experience, based on a relationship of trust, cordial, warm and friendly. So that you feel at home.

We also have the help of Mari. Neighbor's apartment. Which helps us in all reception jobs, accommodation, cleaning, etc.. And which is always available to any suggestion or need. We hope that our apartment will meet your needs, and if you choose it, we guarantee that every day you will be found happy. Well, for us it is a pleasure that you have come but much more that you come back.

We are situated next to Bonanza square area, that offers a wide variety of entertainment and eating places. At a very good prices. Utility Room: New washing machine, ironing board, broom, mop. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen included. Winter Duvets supplied. Other: Living Room Very comfortable sofa bed that transforms into two large and great beds of 90 cm each. Beautiful views of the sea.

The apartment was great & the kids loved the pool!

Carlos's apartment was super, it has everything a family or party of 4 would need, all the mod coms, great pool facilities & near by amenities.

The view from the wrap around balcony is fantastic as it's a 9th story apartment which over looks the swimming pool, the scenic Paloma Park and surrounding sea view.

Carlos & Mari were very helpful with making arrangements and booking into the apartment.

We had a fab time staying in July 2017.

Fantastic apartment and host

This apartment was fantastic even the sofa bed was comfortable. Mari the hostess is superb and friendly. The pool is lovely to cool down in the evening. This was my first experience of using owners direct and would recommend anyone to the service and especially this apartment.

Fantastic apartment with an ideal location.

Great communication with the owner and a hassle free week. You do have to pay for sunloungers at the pool area though so if there's a few of you, it soon mounts up over the week at €3 per bed. Would definitely return again though!

Very bright and modern interior, fantastic views.

We were very impressed with the apartment. Lots of equipment to make our stay very comfortable. T.V., computer, WiFi, washing machine and even a jaquzie bath. Very spacious lounge and bedroom. If we needed anything, help was just a phone call away. The apartment is very close to all the amenities. Including shopping, pubs and fantastic park. We liked it so much that after our second day we booked it again for next year. Ernest and Marie Villiers

Beautiful apartment with everything you need and more! Views from the balcony and windows are fantastic (Pool/sea/town/mountain/park views)

Quiet area with the amenities on your door step. Great communication with Carlos with straightforward and easy payments. Mari (neighbour) showed us to the apartment and was lovely, warm and welcoming. She answered any questions we asked and was there if we needed her throughout our stay. I would definitely return again and also recommend this accommodation. It is modern,clean and fully equipped.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
