Brilliant apartment in the Minerva complex in Benalmadena, on the corner of Bonanza Square. 24 hour reception and close to all amenities. In a 9th floor with great views and spectacular pools and gardens. All day sunny. One side of the balcony gets the morning sun and the other in the afternoon.

Two Tv sets . Internet. All english, alemand, french and other channels

About the Owner

Hello. We are Carlos and Maria, a marriage of 46-49 years and have a son, Carlos of 11 years. We live in Granada. Maria is a teacher and I am Carlos, a policeman. I consider myself a serious, formal and quite handyman. So if there is something wrong or any damage, do not worry it will soon be corrected. We bought the apartment in 2009, it was love at first sight, and never better said, cause seeing the view from the balcony and the rest of the floor, we decided to buy it and reform it. We also have the help of Mari. Neighbour’s apartment. Which helps us in all reception jobs, accommodation, cleaning, etc..And which is always available to any suggestion or need. Very bright and modern interior, fantastic views.

We were very impressed with the apartment. Lots of equipment to make our stay very comfortable. T.V., computer, WiFi, washing machine and even a jaquzie bath. Very spacious lounge and bedroom. If we needed anything, help was just a phone call away. The apartment is very close to all the amenities. Including shopping, pubs and fantastic park. We liked it so much that after our second day we booked it again for next year. Ernest and Marie Villiers

Beautiful apartment with everything you need and more! Views from the balcony and windows are fantastic (Pool/sea/town/mountain/park views)

Quiet area with the amenities on your door step. Great communication with Carlos with straightforward and easy payments. Mari (neighbour) showed us to the apartment and was lovely, warm and welcoming. She answered any questions we asked and was there if we needed her throughout our stay. I would definitely return again and also recommend this accommodation. It is modern,clean and fully equipped.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Fantastic

Loved the quirky decor of the apartment, nice clean property, the location is brilliant, in the middle of everything, so easy to explore. The balcony is my favourite part, has sunshine all day long and is lovely and big, the views are absolutely lovely, couldn't even read my book outside as there was too much to look at stunning. Can hear the wildlife in paloma park, and can also see into the park from balcony, also ahead to the sea. Only small pool open in October, but no kids with us so that was ok, , but a lovely pool for high season, very clean. Great holiday in a great apartment

Myself my husband and our 4 year old stayed here last October, the apartment is modern, clean and we felt very at home in it. The views are amazing with the wrap around balcony and you can see for miles towards both Malaga and Fuengirola, The best thing about this property is Carlos the owner, he was so friendly and made everything very easy. We are booked up to return for 10 nights this October and can see us booking again. Thanks Carlos!!!!

Stunning View

We were welcomed on arrival by the lovely Mari who showed us everything about the apartment and told us to contact her if we had any problems or needed anything. Mari lives very close and, although we didn't need to call her, it was nice to know that she was on hand if needed.

The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed for our stay. Very close to everywhere you would want to go to in Benalmadena - the beach, Arroyo de la Miel, Paloma Park, many restaurants and bars - something to suit everyone.

It was our first time in Benalmadena and we really liked it. I spent a lot of time on the wrap around balcony when we were not out and about. With the sun all day and a fabulous view across Benalmadena, the sea, Paloma Park and the mountains you could not ask for anything more.

The morning that we left, I sat on the balcony and watched the sunrise to a fantastic chorus of crowing from the cockerels in Paloma Park. A lovely end to our holiday!

On our return, Carlos sent us a lovely e mail to make sure that everything had been good for us. Carlos had kept in touch prior to the holiday and given us lots of useful information about transferring from Malaga and about the apartment. Contacting us after the holiday added that personal touch.

Thank you to Carlos and family for letting us enjoy their family apartment and Mari for making us welcome.

A truly super apartment, very clean and a great position overlooking the pool and ideal location for restaurants, beach is only 5 minutes walk

Great customer service and always on hand.

This is the 5th time we have stayed in benalmadena and by far the best apartment

We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year.

We bought the apartment in 2009, it was love at first sight, and never better said, cause seeing the view from the balcony and the rest of the floor, we decided to buy it and reform it. Due to the crisis, government cuts, etc. have chosen to rent it, so that we can cope with the mortgage, community, etc. Our main interest is that our customers have an enjoyable experience, based on a relationship of trust, cordial, warm and friendly. So that you feel at home.

Nearest Airport : Aeropuerto at 10 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

Minerva is one of the best blocks on the Gammonal. 24 hour reception and close to all amenities. Beach is 5/10 min. walk, Marina 10/15 min.

- La Paloma Park ............... 3 - 5 min walk

- Benalmádena downtown.....5-10 min walk

- Marina..............................10-15 min walk
