Stunning Sea View Victorian Apartment In Brighton And Hove

Sleeps 5, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, direct sea views, amazing location.

My lovely apartment on Hove seafront is on the 2nd floor of a Grade 2 listed Victorian terrace. It is a leisurely stroll along the seafront to Brighton Piers and attractions. 200m inland are some great restaurants, pubs and bars.

Literally 100m across the road is the promenade and beach, we only have pebble here, no sand to worry about. 300m to the west is the King Alfred Leisure complex with indoor swimming pool, slides etc.

The location of my apartment. and the views make it an excellent base for your holiday.

I am sorry - but no stag / hen dos. This is not a party apartment.

A very relaxed & comfortable flat to stay in. This was our fourth stay here. The two main bedrooms are on different levels & each have their own bathroom so two couples staying have their own space. Great seafront location. The Hove end of town is away from the hustle & bustle of Brighton itself but conveniently located. Parking is easy in the street & vouchers are usually available to purchase from the owner. He is always very helpful & friendly to deal with. A great place to stay

My daughter did not want to leave .....

first of all about the owner Rchard: he is easy to go and totally reliable and trustworthy. We talked via FaceTime and there was sympathy right from the beginning. He was even so nice to pick us up from the train station. For me that was totally great because I have a walking disability. The distance is just about 1km to walk otherwise and just one straight direction to walk.

About his apartment I guess I would be very egoistic not to write about his place in order to keep it a secret to myself ;-)

And on top of it my daughter felt so much at home that she did not want leave and I guess it was not only our convention we attended during the time we were there. Feeling totally at home at his place with great cafes and restaurants close by and with a view to the North Sea with fantastic sunsets. Thanks Richard for your wonderful hospitality.

Apartement in Hove with great location by seafront

We are a couple with three children that stayed in Richard`s apartement for one week.

First of all Richard was very easy an informative to deal with before we arrived.We live in Norway, so contact was via e-mails.He replied quickly to our queries.Upon arrival Richard kindly collected us at Brighton Railway Station and drove us to the apartement.

We were shown around the apartement and Richard explained us how things worked like TV, stove etc.He also told us about what worth seeing, place to eat in Hove/Brighton.A parking permission was also offered, but we didnt not use it-

The apartement was big and comfortable, with three bedrooms.Perfect for us with two girls and one boy.Having three toilets was also very convenient.The living room was our favourite room, with two comfortable sofas. The bay window overlooking road below and Hove seafront was marvellous.We really enjoyed sitting in the window watching life outside.

The loacation is also very good.Close to the seafront and wtih a lot of good restaurants nearby. Also a bus stop for trips to Brighton is close.

The apartement was all in all a very pleasant place to spend a vacation in Hove/Brighton. We will warmly recommend staying there and would like to thanks Richard for letting us stay in his apartement.

Bank Holiday, Festival Weekekrnd

We spent a truly memorable weekend eating, waliking and loving the buzz and vibe in town.

The apartment was comfortable, roomy and so well situated for access to all.

Within 5 mins walk are a variety of quality restaurants, shops or the beach.

Parking was easy and safe. I even managed to leave my passenger window wide open for 24 hours without issue!

Great home for couples or a family.

Great Location, Excellent Value

This flat is perfectly situated, near shops and close to Brighton. There are good views of the sea in this spacious flat. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers and this was a really good place to stay. We communicated with Richard by phone and mail and he was extremely helpful. I would recommend it, especially in the summer.

Brighton Pier

I absolutely love my flat and have lived in it for over 15 years. It is amazing in the summer being so close to the sea, and everything that goes on in Brighton and Hove. I equally love it in the winter too when the southwester's are blow you along the seafront. The thing I miss most about not living here full time is opening the curtains in the morning and seeing what the sea is up to. Every single day is different.

Car: not necessary


The beach is a 1 minute walk. Don't forget we only have pebbles in Brighton - no sand to get in your bits!


Hove train station - 15 min walk

Gatwick Airport - 30 min drive

I will personally speak to and meet all my guests so if you turn out to be a hen or stag party you will be refunded. I can supply residence visitor parking passes for £5 per day. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. Not beach towels. The apartment is cleaned and the linen changed every 7th day of your stay.
