Apartment in Torremolinos, Costa del Sol, Spain - Near The Centre And The Beach - Best Of Both Worlds

Fancy a sunny Winter short break? This two bedroom air-conditioned apartment is very near the centre of Torremolinos. and also the beach and promenade. 200 metres from the train station where you can get trains to Malaga, the airport and further afield, you can also catch a bus from outside the apartment block to visit Benalmadena, Fuengirola etc. There is a good sized swimming pool, and the bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep. The seaviews are fantastic and there is usually a cooling breeze even in summer. It is less than 10 minutes walk to either the Carihuela or Bajondillo beaches and the same to the famous Calle St Miguel and its many steps! Lovely seaviews from either of the 2 balconies which catch the lower winter sun meaning sunbathing is possible in Winter! Now with free Wifi! Heating and heated towel rail make it perfect for winter as well!

We have dreamed of owning a property in Spain for some time and after staying in this area of Torremolinos a couple of years ago this apartment became available and we jumped at the chance of buying it. Because of its fantastic transport links it makes weekend breaks quick and easy.

The apartment was clean and everything as described. We were met at the apartment by a lovely couple who provided the keys and extra information. We hardly used the aircon as there is a lovely breeze if you leave doors open. Its on the 7th floor which means fairly quiet and there are 3 lifts available so all good. Dealing with Melanie was very easy and she gave us so much information which was helpful. Apartment was located near shops, station and beach. The downstairs pool was clean and easy to access and used by us almost daily. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it as good place to stay. We had an amazing holiday in Torremolinos. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was great and never overcrowded. We could walk everywhere which was a bonus. We loved Torremolinos and it caters for all ages, interests and pockets. We had such a great holiday and we really didn't want to go home. We can highly recommend this apartment, it's location and Torremolinos. Thank you Melanie we enjoyed a fantastic holiday!

Just returned from a 10 day stay at these apartments, from the initial enquiry the owner has been so helpful and informative to us, as this is the first time we have used owners direct. The apartment was fantastic, everything you need and more, very clean and brilliant location. The views were outstanding as being on the top floor, a choice of 3 lifts so no problem with luggage. We used the pool every day, which was never over crowded and met some lovely people. The location was absolutely spot on for us, within five minutes walk from restaurants, train station and shopping centre. Would highly recommend these apartments to my family and friends.

This apartment had it all - perfect location, great views, spacious rooms and well resourced facilities. I have never rented anywhere with such a great choice of wine glass! The wifi worked even at the pool - which was a lovely pleasant large area and huge pool that wasn't ice cold - just nice. Very quiet no crowds even at the height of the season. Central to shops train station and beach - fantastic!

Great Apartment

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment and would thoroughly recommend it.

It is situated very centrally, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and town and is a great base for enjoying Torremolinos.

It is very well appointed, with everything you would need for your stay and enjoys beautiful views over the Mediterranean. The apartment also has two quite spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living area,a nice modern bathroom with a great shower and a newly fitted small kitchen which contains the obligatory corkscrew!

What I would say is that the pictures of the swimming pool area do not do it justice as it far more attractive than shown with a children's play area, synthetic grass and toilet facilities although if your like us you will probably go to the beach at El Bajondillo Playa or Playa Carihuela.

The complex is very well maintained and communal areas are cleaned daily.

The owner Melanie was a pleasure to deal with and she arranged that we were met by a lovely couple Pete and Avril on our arrival in Torremolinos who showed us up to the apartment.

We would definitely use this apartment again

We bought this apartment 4 years ago and have slowly been upgrading it while enjoying holidays there ourselves. We love the convenient location - we can be in the apartment within an hour of landing at Malaga airport by using the on airport train service which takes about 20 minutes with trains departing every 20 minutes.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Barpub : at 10 Metres Nearest Train : Torremolinos at 100 Metres Nearest Restaurant : at 10 Metres Nearest Beach : Carihuela or Bajondillo at 500 Metres Car: not necessary


Less than 10 minutes walk to beaches including Carihuela and Bajondillo with sun-loungers aplenty and miles of promenade lined with bars and restaurants as well as shops


Malaga airport is the nearest airport which is about 20 minutes on the train or 10 minutes by car/taxi. A car is not necessary for this apartment as public transport is on the doorstep as are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants
