Apartment in Torremolinos, Costa del Sol, Spain - Near The Centre And The Beach - Best Of Both Worlds

Fancy a sunny Winter short break? This two bedroom air-conditioned apartment is very near the centre of Torremolinos. and also the beach and promenade. 200 metres from the train station where you can get trains to Malaga, the airport and further afield, you can also catch a bus from outside the apartment block to visit Benalmadena, Fuengirola etc. There is a good sized swimming pool, and the bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep. The seaviews are fantastic and there is usually a cooling breeze even in summer. It is less than 10 minutes walk to either the Carihuela or Bajondillo beaches and the same to the famous Calle St Miguel and its many steps! Lovely seaviews from either of the 2 balconies which catch the lower winter sun meaning sunbathing is possible in Winter! Now with free Wifi! We have dreamed of owning a property in Spain for some time and after staying in this area of Torremolinos a couple of years ago this apartment became available and we jumped at the chance of buying it. Because of its fantastic transport links it makes weekend breaks quick and easy.

We bought this apartment 4 years ago and have slowly been upgrading it while enjoying holidays there ourselves. We love the convenient location - we can be in the apartment within an hour of landing at Malaga airport by using the on airport train service which takes about 20 minutes with trains departing every 20 minutes.

What makes this apartment unique

Benefits are quick transport to Malaga airport and all areas along the coast by train and/or bus. Cool breezes because of the open aspect of the apartment. Fantastic seaviews. Proximity to bars/restaurants/supermarkets and beaches. No need for expensive car hire.

This apartment had it all - perfect location, great views, spacious rooms and well resourced facilities. I have never rented anywhere with such a great choice of wine glass! The wifi worked even at the pool - which was a lovely pleasant large area and huge pool that wasn't ice cold - just nice. Very quiet no crowds even at the height of the season. Central to shops train station and beach - fantastic!

Notes on accommodation: This is a top floor apartment in a quiet mainly residential block with amazing views from both of its balconies. There are 3 lifts up to the seventh floor and a lovely cooling breeze because it is in an open situation although very near the centre of town. Please note this is a no-smoking property. Outside: Good size communal pool with gate around for children's safety. There is a sunbathing terrace around the pool with tubs of flowers and seating Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included including Beach towels for use round the pool plus 2 sunloungers Other: 2 balconies both with seaviews and table and 2 chairs 2 sunloungers for use by the pool

Lovely apartment in a great location!

As a family we have been coming to Torremolinos for over 20 years and we love it! Usually we stay in a hotel, but this year we fancied a change and opted for an apartment. This apartment did not disappoint! "Sunny Top Floor Air-conditioned Apartment With Fantastic Seaviews" was exactly right! It was great being on the 7th floor as you had views right across the town and the sea views are great too! The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, great little kitchen which had everything we needed and a lovely modern shower room. Both bedrooms were good sizes and very comfortable beds. The Wifi was excellent too, very quick!

The location of the apartment was great too. We got the train from Malaga airport and Torremolinos, and then only a five minute walk to the apartment.

Staying in the town itself was great to as it has so much to offer, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. One of our favourite restaurants was Palette, the food was always good and plenty of it! There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from and the waiters will always try to encourage you in.

Often we would walk down to La Carihuela in the evenings as there are lots of bars and restaurants there too. We like Cabello’s, it’s a lovely position to sit and drink and watch the world go by.

It’s just a short walk to the beaches too, with lots of sunbeds to choose from. We enjoyed eating lunch in one of the many chiringuitos along the beach, sampling the local beer and fish.

We really recommend this apartment for its close proximity to the town and the beaches. Thank you Melanie, we will be back. And thank you for Peter and Avril to for welcoming us.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

We had an amazing holiday in Torremolinos. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was great and never overcrowded. We could walk everywhere which was a bonus. We loved Torremolinos and it caters for all ages, interests and pockets. We had such a great holiday and we really didn't want to go home. We can highly recommend this apartment, it's location and Torremolinos. Thank you Melanie we enjoyed a fantastic holiday!

BRILLIANT FAMILY APARTMENT AND LOCATION :-)

Just returned from a 10 day stay at these apartments, from the initial enquiry the owner has been so helpful and informative to us, as this is the first time we have used owners direct. The apartment was fantastic, everything you need and more, very clean and brilliant location. The views were outstanding as being on the top floor, a choice of 3 lifts so no problem with luggage. We used the pool every day, which was never over crowded and met some lovely people. The location was absolutely spot on for us, within five minutes walk from restaurants, train station and shopping centre. Would highly recommend these apartments to my family and friends.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

The apartment was clean and everything as described. We were met at the apartment by a lovely couple who provided the keys and extra information. We hardly used the aircon as there is a lovely breeze if you leave doors open. Its on the 7th floor which means fairly quiet and there are 3 lifts available so all good. Dealing with Melanie was very easy and she gave us so much information which was helpful. Apartment was located near shops, station and beach. The downstairs pool was clean and easy to access and used by us almost daily. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it as good place to stay. Thanks Melanie for the use of your lovely apartment.
