Cottage in Worth Matravers, Isle of Purbeck, Dorset with Sea Views

Overview

Cottage in Worth Matravers, Nr. Swanage, Isle of Purbeck, Dorset, England - Peaceful Location 15 Mins Walk To The Sea

A large 3 bedroom cottage in the charming village of Worth Matravers. The property has superb sea views and is only a 15 min walk to the coastal path and the sea (Winspit Cove). The Cottage is light, spacious and has a very welcoming log burner for those long winter nights. If you fancy a fabulous lunch or cream tea or scrumptious supper (Friday and Saturday evenings during winter), then the Worth Tea Room is only a 5 min walk. Also, the renowned Square and Compass pub is a must (again a 5 min walk), often playing music Friday or Saturday late evening. Ideal location for walkers, rock climbers and those of you who just wish to enjoy what the outdoors has to offer or just simply having a relaxing break in an idyllic setting.

About the Owner

Sea Spirit has been my home for 12 wonderful years. I used to rock climb and loved the quarries here in the Winspit valley plus many areas along the coast.

Swimming off the rocks here is also a love of mine.

As I love to walk this area is a gem, there is a wide choice of areas to visit.

A stroll to the sea on an evening is a favourite of mine.

I love the tranquillity. The silence is awesome. There is no light pollution therefore the night skies are a wonder.

I am visiting friends in the United States at present therefore I am offering my home for others to relax, restore and enjoy.

We had a wonderful time here with our grown up daughters and our two dogs. The house and garden was lovely and spacious with everything you need for your stay provided. Would recommend to dog owners and walkers as there are plenty of walks in the area.
