I live in the area since 1997 with my husband and 1 youngs teenagers.I live in this house since 2007 as it is new, it was built in one of the most beautiful places with the golf around

When we moved to the area I realised there was little option in this area and decided to invest,as it is very calm and spacier. You will enjoy staying here as not only it is spacier and more comfortable than a hotel, but also much cheaper!

I am friendly and helpful, so you can call me any time on my cell phone number. I'll be happy to answer any question and offer help during your stay.

What makes this villa unique

There is a regular bus service down the road and 3kms from Disneyland, train station (RER to Paris, TGV-Eurostar-Thalys) until 2.00 A.M.

Nearby (3 km) is The Val d'Europe International shopping Centre with outlet Shopping village.

Visit the many local chateaux, Fontainebleau and Vaux le vicomte, Cathedrals, churches and the world famous Champagne regions of Epernay and Reims all within easy reach. Paris is easily accessible via regular train service departing every 10 minutes, the journey time is 35 minutes.

The villa is in quite place with a private street going just to the villas, not traffic at all.

Gorgeous house, amazing people

The house was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated with all mod cons, short walk to bus stop with regular buses to Disney. Couldn't fault anything, there was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Cecilia and Laurent couldn't have been more helpful, Cecilia helped us to obtain Annual Passes in advance of our booking and they were waiting for us on our arrival. She went above and beyond to help us and I can't thank her enough. Will definitely return and would highly recommend this Villa to anyone.

Wonderful holiday!

Great family home. There were 8 adults and two children and the home was perfect for us. It was a 10 minute walk to the grocery store and various restaurants. As well the bus stop was only a couple minutes walk that would take us to Disneyland. And we found the buses were always on time. The home was well equipped and spacious...although we spent most of our time at Disney. I would recommend the house for anyone wanting to be close enough to Disney as well as accommodating 10 people.

Very enjoyable stay

We stayed at this property as a party of 7 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler. We found there to be plenty of room for the amount of people staying. It has a very homely feel to the place, unlike a hotel and lots of Disney memorabilia, which we loved. It is very clean and well maintained. The garden is very spacious and the children could play safely as it is fenced all around. As the property is at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is no passing traffic. The owners are a lovely and very helpful couple. We sent many query e-mails with regards to the purchase of Disneyland tickets etc before our stay and they were most helpful and replied straight away. Cecilia even went with us to purchase the tickets on our day of arrival, which was very kind of her. They said that we could contact them at any time during our stay if there were any problems, but we didn't need to as we had none. We all enjoyed our stay here so much, we really didn't want to leave. We will certainly be staying here again and we would definitely recommend the property to all. It is in a fabulous location, being close by to Disneyland and a large shopping centre down the road. We are looking forward to spending more holidays here.

Nice property, good location

Spacious house, well equipped, good location, ideal for Disney, good bus route. Pleasant helpful owners. It was obvious however, that the house was currently occupied by the owners, personal food in the freezer, and we had to empty drawers in bedroom furniture to store our belongings; many of the wardrobes were locked. Bedside drawers contained personal effects and medication. We were party of 9, but if rented for party of 10, one of the 5 bedrooms has a single bed with additional roll out which may not be suitable for an adult, ideal for two children. Garden, although a generous size, contained only two sun loungers (we read reviews and took four of our own), other garden furniture provided. We were concerned to find on our last evening, a hidden active video camera which the owners, when approached, said they were unaware of but after they made some phone enquiries said that it had been placed there by a member of their family. They were most apologetic, removed it immediately and said they would look into the matter and contact us. We would recommend this property only after these problems had been addressed.

Owner's Response: To clarify: The house is not a hotel, that is always empty. My family does live there on occasion, which explains the food in the fridge.I have also let coffe, te, sugar, honey spices etc... The camera was placed there by the young son to keep an eye on his fish only. It was not placed in any private space or aimed in any intrusive direction. Since the family was overseas (from 11 july until 4th august)the camera ended up not being monitored by the son until told by the renter that it existed. The dresser drawers had bedsheets for change, should the need arise during the renters stay. some belogins was in the 2 drawers but more than was availanle, just one closet or wardrobe was loked in the master room but the other was open, all the other closer was open ( 4 rooms), in the enter i have 2 closet so just half of them was locked, i think they had enough room and place. thank you for understanding. We have just retuned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, located in a quiet street and yet perfectly located for Disneyland, only a few minutes away. Local shops are within walking distance and have everything you will need however there is a massive shopping complex five minutes away with every type of shop you could imagine! About a mile away is the A4 road straight into the centre of Paris, which we did a couple of times, takes about 30 minutes on a clear day, our children enjoyed seeing the Eiffel Tower all lit up at night. The owners are a charming couple whom will make you feel very welcome and live nearby so are only a phone call away if you need help with anything. This was a perfect family holiday destination for us and was enjoyed by us all.

Great property!

This house is great. What you see on the photos is what you get. It's immaculately clean, well equipped and very close to Disneyland, local shops, Paris etc. We took our extended family away for a holiday to celebrate a big birthday. It was a perfect house for a mix of ages. The garden is pretty and well kept, but homely enough for the little ones to play with a ball without feeling anxious. They loved the hammocks.

What could be improved? Not much, but we didn't really have enough comfy seating in the evenings for 8 people. Lots of chairs in the dining area but not enough for lounging. Same in the garden. Lots of garden furniture and two hammocks, but we could have done with a few more chairs to relax in outdoors.

We found Cecilia to be very friendly, answered queries quickly and speaks good English. This isn't a house with an authentic French feel - it's too modern for that and is on a new estate, but everyone loved it. Our girls said it was like Hollywood! I have already recommended this house to a friend.
