This is our villa in Icmeler. We wanted a property close to the beech and close to restaurants & swimming pools. It has been totally refurbished, top to bottom. 5 bedrooms will sleep 10 people and the sofa's would accommodate an extra two people if required. There is plenty of space (1500 square feet), 4 WC's and 3 showers. The property is IDEALLY located for people who want all facilities very close. The closest pool is 30 seconds walk, the next 60 seconds etc the same for restaurants. The property is naturally cool inside, however new air-conditioning has been installed in all bedrooms and the lounge. The location of the property is such that it is tucked out of the way and therefore there are no passing cars or pedestrians. Despite its ideal location it remains very private - access is via a private residential walk way. 3 balconies and a rear patio provide plenty of space to sit outside. The top floor south facing balcony is large, very private and enjoys all day sun.
Hi, we are Rob & Lyn. We have 4 girls aged 19 to 15 (o yes, 4 teenage daughters, feel free to feel sorry for us). We went to Icmeler 7 years ago and fell in love with it. We bought a house after 3 days with the intention to go back there every year. We find it to be a very safe place and have a lot of trust in the locals (many of which we now know). We are comfortable to let out girls walk around in pairs during the day and more latterly at night now they are older. To be frank, we wouldn't do that back at home in England. Icmeler is simply fantastic, many people we have met go there EVERY year, longest being 19 years straight - that’s dedication! Food is fab, and as its not part of the EU very good value for money and duty free allowance is sky high. Try it once and you'll fall in love

22 restaurants and bars within 90 seconds walk from our villa, plus all the ATM’s, main taxi rank, a park and a supermarket. Yet our villa is tucked away.
As the property has been fully refurbished (plaster work, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, stairs, windows, etc etc), our Villa is one of the most modernised and well equipped in a very established part of Icmeler.
So for a wonderfully lazy holiday, where everything is on your doorstep, our Villa in unique.

£250.00 deposit at booking, if you cancel your holiday 6 months prior, we will refund in full.
Balance 8 weeks before departure and £200.00 security deposit at the same time. Upon leaving the villa, the local agent will check for damages and electric usage over 30KW per day. If no issues we will refund the security deposit in full within 5 working days thereafter.
The agent has been trading since 1986 and the most reputable in Icmeler, we know the owner personally, he is a good friend.
Changeover dates are normally Saturdays. We will try and accommodate other days but cannot guarantee as all will depend on bookings surrounding your proposed dates.
