Mid floor 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, lounge/diner and fitted kitchen with separate utility room. Free wifi, 28" TV, Blue Ray DVD and Blue tooth speaker with NFC. Plenty of books, DVD's and packs of cards. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave and Bosch Tassimo coffee maker. You have uninterrupted views of the golf course from the South West facing terraces, equipped with table and chairs for out door dining or relaxing and a separate terrace off the master bedroom with two sun loungers. A great place to enjoy a chilled glass of wine while watching the sunset. End of block with a walkway between to the well kept gardens. It's a quiet location yet close to wonderful beaches, nightlife and the beautiful village of Benahavis with its array of Spanish Restaurants. Within walking distance of the club house which has tennis courts, gym, sauna and squash courts. Ideal for families and golfers who are looking for a challenging golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros. There is the choice of 4 pools with the nearest being a minutes walk away. Underground parking and completely gated so very secure.

About Anne and Marc Wesley

Berkshire based, Anne, Marc and Hannah Wesley have over the last 9 years holidayed on the La Torre complex at Los Arqueros many times and in 2013 purchased the apartment listed. We fell in love with it the minute we walked through the door when we viewed the property with it's uninterrupted views of the golf course. Though we aren't golfer's you can't fail to love the place and what it offers, tranquility, but a bustling area just a short distance away.

Why Anne and Marc Wesley chose Benahavís

We love the area as it is so diverse with the tranquillity of the complex to the hustle and bustle of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona. The beautiful beaches and the picturesque village of Benahavis. The ease of access as it is 5 minutes from the main Autopista. It is 44km from the historic town of Ronda.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is conveniently located between Malaga and Gibraltar airport which are approximately 45 minutes away. You are no distance from some lovely Spanish villages, beautiful beaches or the lively port of Puerto Banus which is a great place just to people watch. A 15 minute drive away is Marbella with Orange Square and it's many bars and restaurants. A must for a bit of shopping and the best churros with chocolate for the kids and adults alike.

Travel:

Los Arqueros is approximately 40 minutes drive west of Malaga airport. Take the exit for San Pedro from the Autopista AP-7 (E15) and head North on the A376 Ronda Road. Los Arqueros can be found a short distance up on the left hand side.

Distances:

San Pedro & Benahavis are 5 minutes by car.

Puerto Banus is 10 minutes by car

Marbella centre is 20 minutes by car.

La Canada Parque Commercial with shops including Mango, M & S, Zara and Wallis is 15 minutes by car

Notes on accommodation: A cot and a highchair can be arranged at an additional cost. Outside: The terraces are South West facing and the main one is equipped with a table and 6 chairs. You can enjoy watching the sunset while enjoying a chilled glass of wine. The smaller terrace is equipped with a coffee table and two rattan chairs. There is also a private terrace off the master bedroom with two sun beds. La Torre has 4 communal pools with the nearest to the apartment being a minutes walk away. All are equipped with sun beds, showers and toilets for your enjoyment. Utility Room: Bosch washing machine & tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes dryer. 2 beach chairs, buckets and spades. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels are included in the booking (except beach towels). The property is cleaned ready for your arrival, however for bookings of longer than 10 days a clean, linen/towel change can be arranged at an extra cost.

Stunning Apartment

We spent 5 nights in this stunning apartment. The property is light and airy with open plan lounge diner, and the most amazing views over the golf course. The bedrooms were large plenty of storage for the many clothes I took with me, only 10% were worn!!

Breakfast was spent drinking coffee (thanks to the coffee making machine) on one of the three balconies watching the early morning golfers, and the bird life. Evening's spent on the main balcony drinking wine, eating tapas and star gazing, the skies are so clear.

Hiring a car is a must as there's so much to see and do in the area. Ronda was amazing so scenic, Marbella Orange square with its pretty cottages covered in bougainvillea. Puerto Banus - great for people watching! Benahavis a lovely village on the hillside. Salsa dancing on San Pedro beach, watersports, beach volleyball .......... there's just so much to do, or you could just sit round the pool and relax.

The apartment comes with a large secure UNDERGROUND parking space which was welcomed during the heat of the day outside.

The location was perfect, so peaceful and only 5 minute drive to San Pedro town and the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and supplies everything you would need for a wonderful holiday.

Thank you so much we have already recommended the apartment to our friends and we will definitely be back again very soon.

Love it!!

Third visit and still love this place!!

The apartment is so homely with everything you need and ideally situated to explore this beautiful part of Spain. Can't fault it!

As well as visiting old favourites like Puerto Banus, Benahavis and Luguna Village, we still found plenty more places to explore. Highly recommend Ronda though the drive is a bit windy it is well worth it, such a beautiful place. Also San Pedro which is just down the road. The beach there is lovely and there are a few nice restaurants along the sea front.

If you fancy combining beautiful views with a bit of exercise then recommend bike hire. It's easy to do though in high season you may need to pre-book. We made use of the cycle path and did a round trip from San Pedro to Marbella, stopping for drinks and food along the way and then parked our bikes to explore the delights of Marbella.

Big thank you to the Wesleys - another amazing holiday and can't wait to come back!!

A peaceful, sunny haven

This was our second visit to this beautiful apartment, and we couldn't rate it highly enough. The property is immaculately furnished, with tasteful decor and a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, lounge and dining room with everything you could need. There are comfy sofas and beds, plenty of storage space, ambient lighting and lots of homely touches. There is a tumble drier, dishwasher and two bathrooms so no need to wash the dishes or fight over the shower! There is free wi-fi in the apartment and by the pool, and there is a great selection of books and dvds. The terraces overlooking the golf course are a sun trap right through until evening, with comfortable seating and it is in such a peaceful spot. The gardens and pool are well maintained, and even if you're not an early riser we have never seen the pool busy and there are always plenty of free sunbeds. It is a perfect base to explore the nearby village of Benahavis which has a great selection of lovely restaurants, or for a lively evening in Puerto Banus or Marbella. Would highly recommend La Cocina in Benahavis and Laguna Beach. We would love to return again in the not so distant future.

Awesome

Love this place! This is our second visit and just as good as the first.

Can not fault this apartment; it is extremely well presented and has everything you need. It is in a quiet location with a lovely view onto the golf course. Love sitting on the balcony watching the golfers at breakfast and at night looking at the stars. The nearest pool is just a short walk away and has always been quiet.

The surrounding area has lots to offer. The beautiful village of Benahavis is just down the road and boasts of restaurants and bars. Marbella, Puerto Banus and my favourite place Mijas are just short drives away, There is something for everyone here...from golf, shopping, beautiful beaches, typical Spanish villages, glitz & glam and more...

Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend.

A wonderful holiday

What a find! This is a beautiful, spacious, first floor apartment, with stunning views overlooking the golf course and a well maintained pool area just 2 minutes walk away.

The owners have created a comfortable home from home, with beautiful furnishings and fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard.

Puerto Banus, Marbella and Mijas are only short drives away and are a must to visit, also the beautiful village of Benahavis with its many excellent bars and restaurants,

I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the near future.

Wonderful Apartment

My husband and I travelled from Australia and stayed here for four weeks in May. The apartment is exactly as described, it is very comfortable, has all modern appliances and wonderful views over the 3rd and 4th fairways of the golf course. On our arrival we were met by a lady who gave us a quick run through of the apartment and parking. My husband and I joined Los Arqueros Golf Club for one month at a very reasonable rate that allowed us to play unlimited golf with a cart for the duration of our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and we hope to be back in 2016/17 for another stay.
