House in Eastbourne, Sussex, England - 5 Minutes From Beach And Town Centre

Based on Pevensey Road, just 5 minutes stroll to the seafront and pier and moments from the town centre Number 95 provides the perfect mix of coastal living and urban excitement. The large dining room seats up to 18 and two further reception rooms provide a great setting to plan group and family activities and to catch up over a glass of wine. There is a new, well equipped kitchen and a large family bathroom plus two additional shower rooms. With six comfortable double bedrooms and two single rooms set over two floors, plus a sofa bed and three cube beds it comfortably sleeps 19 people. There is a private rear garden with a BBQ. All linen and towels are provided, plus extra touches, such as free WiFi and a starter pack of milk, tea and coffee. It is the largest independent self-catering accommodation available in Eastbourne and perfect for large gatherings of all types.

Since 2013 we have welcomed groups of all kinds from those celebrating special anniversaries, to people getting married and extended families enjoying their holidays. We have even had film crews and theatre groups performing in the local area.

We love the sea and in particular swimming (we have both swam the English Channel) so like to use the house as much as we can, both with the family and friends. Great House for a Large Group - Ideal Location

We booked this property for a special occasion for a large group of girls and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone to have more than enough space and the house was perfectly placed to explore Eastbourne.

Giles was super helpful and made me feel welcome on arrival. I would definitely recommend this house for a large family gathering or a group of friends for the weekend.

Fantasic house & location

Really great house. It's absolutely huge - you won't feel on top of each other. Plenty of showers to go round. 5 mins from beach. Giles was very helpful from start to finish. Thoroughly recommend.

Very clean and airy house.

We were a party of 14 ladies away for a long weekend. We thought the house was well presented and clean and comfy. Great lounge spaces and dining area. Great location.

There was only one fridge and obviously food had to be stored this caused a problem storing our drink! Cool boxes are a must if you want a cold vino!

Although there's a BBQ and 'garden furniture'(fold up chairs no table) the garden is very small we couldn't all comfortably fit in to sit around.

Spacious house

An unusually spacious and generously proportioned house, perfectly located for accessing the sea front or for coastal walks along the South Down Way. The accommodation was very clean. At busy times the kitchen felt a little cramped.

Fantastic

Working in Eastbourne for a week with a large group. It was great to come home to a house to relax than all have a hotel room.

Facilities were great & we don't have a bad word to say about it.

Lovely place, amazing value

I stayed here with two friends and their families, and we had a lovely holiday together. The house is perfect for families. The ground floor has three large living spaces, which are great for groups / families to relax together - or for kids to have enough space to play. The house is within a quick walk from the seafront and beach, and the town centre as well. I'd definitely recommend Number 95, and hope I'll be able to return soon!

We bought the property the summer of 2013 and have been delighted to have so many bookings so far. We love the area as it is close to London in time, but a long way with regards way of life. We also love the space and the fact we can have family gathering and invite friends down for weekends. Our son also loves it as it has "trains", the sea and a lot to do for kids.

10 minutes walk from the train stations. One hour from Gatwick airport. One hour 40 minutes drive from central London.

Distances:

In the centre of Eastbourne, 30 minutes to Brighton. 20 minutes to Glyndebourne.

Booking Notes:
£300 secures the booking with the rest payable six weeks in advance of the stay. There is then £300 security deposit prior to key handover - to be held in case of damage to, or loss from, the accommodation. This will be returned a week after the stay once the property has been checked.

Changeover Day:
Friday is changeover day during the summer and other major holidays. Check in time of 15:00 and check out time of 10:00. If there is no booking immediately before or after your stay we can be flexible on this.

Notes on prices:
Weekly prices are shown for up to 14 people. For larger groups there is a supplement of £50 per additional person. Prices just for a weekend may be reduced.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
