Whitesands Penthouse offers 'The Best View in Sennen' with 180 degree panoramic views of Sennen Cove, and the glorious sweep of Whitesands beach. It is a wonderfully light and spacious top floor apartment furnished to a high standard. It is moments away from the South West coastal path and less than five minute walk to the beach. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Cornish cream tea on arrival. Sleeps 6. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

About Wendy Stokes

We have been visiting Sennen Cove since the mid 90's, so when this property came up for sale we jumped at the chance. We bought Whitesands Penthouse in 2008 from close friends, who lived there full time. I think this is why from the moment you walk in the front door it feels like a home. The views from all the windows are amazing - when you wake up the morning sun floods the bedroom and you can lie in bed and watch the waves roll in. During the day you can sit on the sofa and watch life unfold in the cove below, and the fisherman go about their daily business. Finally when the sun sets you can watch in wonder from the balcony or outside on the deck. There is always something to look at and we are delighted to share this with our visitors.

We love Sennen because of the fantastic walks both coastal and inland, the beautiful beaches and crystal clear seas, the warm welcome, the surfing, the variety of wildlife and the fresh clean air.

What makes this apartment unique

We love being right on the coastal path - it's great for us and our dog. And we love our garden with the soft lawns and fantastic views of the beach, (which we share with the other flats in the building) but NO ONE else ever uses it so it feels like it's all ours!

Great location but disappointing with lack of kitt

Stayed from 22nd Dec - 29th Dec nice welcome Mulled wine and card. Nice place in a lovely location, within walking distance to Lands end and Sennen Cove. We were disappointed with no microwave, oven trays and no DVD player. We bought a DVD player and oven trays just for our stay over Christmas but managed without a microwave. The steps leading up to the lane were dangerously slippery.

A little more thought within the apartment would make this a perfect place to stay.

Great accommodation with a modern, tasteful and homely vibe.

We were really impressed with standard of thr accommodation. It was both tasteful and functional, with attention to small details which made it feel homely. The owners had left small touches such as the soap, washing up liquid, towels etc which are not usually supplied in self catering accommodation. The view was stunning and we enjoyed being able exploring the whole area by foot.

We had great meals in The First and Last inn, The old success Inn and Ben Tunnicliffe and we would recommend them to all future visitors.

Beautiful sea views

Sennen is our favourite beach but this is the first time we've actually stayed in Sennen Cove. The sea views from the apartment are amazing and it was great being so close to the coastal path. We particularly enjoyed the walk to Lands End. The apartment had everything you could want and was warm and cosy for the slightly colder October evenings. Would definitely like to come again.

The apartment was lovely, convient for the beach, would stay again ... My only concern was there was no blinds in the ensuite resulting in some "flashing " moments!!!

Amazing holidays in Sennen Cove "Whitesands"

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful apartment from where you have an amazing view over the bay of Sennen.

We really enjoyed having breakfast and watching the waves roll in. Thanks for the warm welcome with cream tea ready on the table. The apartment very well maintained and clean and it is perfectly equipped with just anything one needs for a perfect holiday. Thanks also for all the books and information about Sennen. We would come back here anytime!
