‘Troutbeck 9’ is a contemporary lodge set on the shores of Lake Windermere, within the exclusive White Cross Bay Holiday Park. In the heart of the Lake District, White Cross Bay is set in idyllic surroundings, and it provides a great base to explore the Lake District. Close to all major attractions, shops, restaurants and bars, the popular towns of Ambleside and Bowness are only 1.5 miles away. The lodge provides all the amenities required for a family or friends to relax and enjoy their break. Guests can enjoy the use of the indoor heated pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi for just £15 for the whole family for the whole of your stay, bar and restaurant all just a short walk from the lodge. The lodge comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom, fully furnished lounge, fully fitted kitchen, inc dish washer, and bathroom. The lodge is centrally heated and double glazed, offering guests a warm and cosy lodge all year round. Private decking with BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture provided. This decision was taken to try and keep the lodge in the best possible condition possible for future guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge. We prefer not to rent the lodge out to groups of young men/women - we don't want it being used for parties which may damage or spoil the interior. Please treat the lodge as if it was your own home. Outside: Lodge has private enclosed decking which provides children a safe area to play. BBQ and outdoor furniture provided. Indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis court, and playground only a short walk away. Utility Room: No extra room, all appliances within the kitchen area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All kitchen amenities, towels and linen are provided. Spare towels are also provided. Dirty towels and linen to be left for maid service. All towels and linen will be washed and ironed prior to new guests arriving

Fantastic top class all facilities included even down to hand soap! Excellent

Perfect accommodation with everything you could need - whether friends like we were of for a family. Club and bar great although not really any adult space, great all the same. Staff on site friendly and helpful, local taxis brilliant and walks and scenery second to none. Lots of walking lots of laughs - great break all round.

A lovely lodge, very nicely decorated and clean. The site was okay and good if you have children, the walk to Lake Windemere was very nice and lovely view of lake and boats at the marina.Recommended

Great Cabin

Stayed here with my wife and two daughters (2 & 6), cabin was exceptionally clean and modern in terms of the finish. Beds very comfortable which made for a sound nights sleep. Only downside was a lengthy power cut one morning, this was across the entire campsite. Ap[art from that pleasant stay and cabin made a good base for the weekend.
