Perfect romantic setting

  • 5 of 5

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this cottage. We can honestly say . From the minute we walk over the bridge and through the gate we get the wow factor. Ever felt like your home ?. That's how we feel ever time we stay... Set in its own grounds this cottage will not disappoint. Close to the village and a short drive to Conway . The owner Paul has maintained this cottage to a high standard and their is always help at hand if you need it. I would recommend this cottage to Romantics , Ramblers or a small family. Plenty to do and explore in the area . And not forgetting Trisha, she keeps the cottage spotless. Thanks Paul for another fantastic stay

Absolutely loved this cottage. Feel like we found a real gem. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful cottage, fixtures and fittings, they have thought of everything. The village was so pretty, everyone we spoke to was friendly and the pub was a real heart of the village local. We were made to feel vey welcome. Can honestly say i didnt want to leave.

Great little cottage in a quiet location.

  • 4 of 5

Great cottage and well situated next to a river with a nice local pub across the the foot bridge. There is no allocated parking for the property, this was only an issue on arrival having to park next to the pub and having to walk a few trips to unload. Inside the cottage is spacious and very comfortable, the decor is of a high standard with all the mod cons you need. Yes the pub across the bridge does serve a great pint of Guiness as mentioned by previous guests. There are lots of great places to visit and plenty of great walks on the doorstep. Lots of info on days out and walks within the cottage. Also there is a red phone box next to the pub which has more touristy stuff in......

Beautiful cottage, isolated by a small bridge with a babbling brook soundtracking your arrival

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the property, which is stunning from the outside and inside. Wonderful kitchen to spend your time cooking in, and a living space which is very relaxing.

Paul was on hand for anything we may have needed, but everything was perfectly set out for us his assistance was never required! He did recommend the Guinness in the local pub, which was gratefully received and enjoyed!

Thanks for everything Paul, we very much look forward to staying again!

Truly Fabulous

  • 5 of 5

The Cottage was very easy to find about 10 minutes or so from Conwy.

We were able to park more or less outside.

To reach the cottage we crossed the most delightful babbling brook.

The cottage was set amongst woodlands and very pretty.

We opened the door to be greeted by a huge inviting space.. gorgeous furnishings, decor and a beautiful dining table. We soon had the log burner going ... so cosy.

The bedroom was lovely and has view of the garden and trees. The bed was excellent (huge)

The kitchen and bathroom where well equipped too.

The Cottage is well placed we went on a few long walks and enjoyed the views. At the end of the day we had a drink in the pub which is literally a stones throw away.

We'd stay here again ... what a gem.
