Bay View at 6 Trenwith Terrace is located in the picturesque town of St Ives a short 2 minute stroll from the town centre, harbour and beaches. The well equipped property has recently been re-furbished whilst retaining original period charm in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The property is ideal for both families and couples. On entering Bay View there is a large and comfortable open plan lounge/ diner with comfortable seating, dining area with six seater solid oak dining table and a bright and airy well stocked kitchen.

Free broadband is provided

The first floor accommodates separate bathroom and W/C. The master bedroom is bright and airy with a Kingsize bed, plenty of storage space, Combi TV and sea views. The second bedroom has two two single beds, blackout curtains are in both bedrooms ensuring restful sleep during lighter summer months.

The third floor attic bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage space and Combi TV. From this room there are stunning views over St Ives looking over the harbour entrance across the bay to Godrevy Lighthouse.

The property benefits a large double parking space directly to the front of the property, a rarity in St Ives suitable for 2 large vehicles.

A seating area is provided to the front of the property.

Changeover day is Saturday; with Saturday - Saturday weekly bookings taken only during main school holidays.

Child equipment, highchair, stair gates, bed rails etc are available to hire for a weekly cost.

About Tracy Henderson

We have recently moved to St Ives, as visitors for over 25 years we have always loved the area for all it has to offer and feel privileged to be able to live in such a beautiful location. This also means we are now able to manage both properties ourselves offering a unique and personal service.

We bought our first property in 2013. Bay View (E10377) which has been like a second home and we have been delighted that all our guests have enjoyed it's special qualities.

We bought Ocean Dream (E19565) in 2014 and has been furnished to the same high standard as Bay View.

Why Tracy Henderson chose St Ives area

We purchased the property in July 2013 as we love St Ives and have holidayed here for the last 25 years...we love the beach, the sea, the atmosphere...just every thing St Ives has to offer.

What makes this cottage unique

Bay View has a central location, the town and harbour beach are a couple of minutes walk away.

There is ample parking for two cars.

Co-operative food convenience store is 100 yards away so is the local pub, which is also very child friendly with a beer garden to enjoy the end of the day.

The Surfing beach is a 10 minute walk, where St Ives surf club provide lessons for all ages and abilities..why not have a go!

Bay View is an excellent holiday home in an excellent position in St Ives.

Bay View is an excellent holiday home with three bedrooms and all the home comforts you could require. The positioning just up the hill from shops cinema and within easy walking distance of any of the beaches in St Ives. I would highly recommend this accommodation which has the added bonus of two parking spaces directly outside the house. We had an excellent week made even better with the little touches and in the case of the kids it had Wi-Fi and a TV in two of the bedrooms. Thanks again Tracy and Malcolm

Excellent location for enjoyment of St Ives and the surrounding area with the comforts of home!

The property itself was perfect for a young family of four, clean, cared for, with excellent facilities and a bedroom for each of our two children.

It's location was also perfect for a convenient 5 minute walk into either St Ives Quay where the bars, shops and restaurants and located, the main local beeches, supermarket or the train station. The property's car parking space only yards from the from door was also very handy with more than enough room for a large family motor.

The owners of the property are and have also been responsive and helpful at every stage of the process from enquiry, to booking, through to help on the day of arrival and proactive refunding of the deposit.

We couldn't recommend staying here highly enough.

We'll be back!!

St Ives is beautiful and we had a fabulous holiday, relaxing time and lovely surroundings.

We had a fantastic time at bayview. The property itself is beautifully decorated and the owners have clearly thought about everything needed whilst staying. This together with the location and added bonus of an parking space(A rarity in St Ives) we couldn't have asked for more.

The description, location and amenities were spot on. The property was immaculate and well maintained. The owners were very approachable if we had any queries or were unsure about anything to do with the property. Already recommended to friends and relatives.As you do when you find a place that has everything even 2 car parking places that is a wow. Everything was within walking distance so no need for transport.

About to book for next year that's how fab it was. ( The owners had anticipated every possible thing you may need down to items to use on the beach.) Excellent!

Super cottage in fab location

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Bay View, St Ives. The house is lovely, very clean and tidy and is set in a perfect location for exploring the town and surrounding area. Plenty of space and a large parking area for 1 to 2 cars -a very welcome bonus in St Ives after a day exploring!. A great find and we will have no hesitation in booking again the next time we visit the area.
