A modern ground floor holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms and parking. Exclusive entrance and the availability of a garage for storing bikes, jet skis kayaks etc. Ideally located in a quiet area but close to the Tennis Courts, putting green, lawn bowls, 3 mins walk to the beach and a further 8 mins to the town. Central to the Jurassic coast with endless walks, cycle routes and access to areas of great natural beauty including some of the best beaches in the country. Divers down has a superb facility based on Swanage Pier for diving trips and courses. There is a fantastic golf course in Corfe only minutes away. There are launching facilities for jet skis just 3 min. from the apartment with pedal boat hire at Ocean Bay Watersports

Great for seaside break
Stayed for a week with our baby son. Everything as described in posting. Spotlessly clean, spacious lounge, small but well equipped kitchen. Great to have dedicated parking but is handy enough for those wanting to explore local area without a car. Quiet area but only a few mins from beach and town. Owner very helpful and measured up second bedroom to ensure we could fit our travel cot in before confirming our booking. During our stay we visited swanage, studland, Poole and Weymouth which were all within easy reach. Would go back and recommend to others.
Perfect Holiday Destination
We stayed for a week in this apartment and it was absolutely perfect. The flat was absolutely spotless and well equipped with everything we needed and more! The huge, comfortable sitting room was the perfect place to relax after a busy day out. It's just a short walk to the seaside and into Swanage which is a lovely town with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and amusements. I would definitely recommend this to anyone & will be returning myself in the future!

We loved all the beaches especially Swanage and Studland which are
very close. The restaurants in the town were very good with
every type of food catered for.
Activity and Interests
We have 2 blue flag beaches Swanage beach is 3 minutes walk from the apartment or the highly recognised Studland beach is a 10 minute drive with plenty of parking when you get there, Studland is one of the most beautiful areas on the south coast with a long sandy beach and inshore lake.
Swanage is accessible by train from London to Wareham and then by taxi or train

Poole channel ferry port is approx 20 miles away
Studland beach 3.7 miles
Sandbanks ferry 6.7 miles
Corfe castle 6 miles

We feel there is not a better location for the outdoor person
The Jurassic Coast offers rare wildlife and the occasional Dolphin.
It has a stunning coastline which is available to rock climbers, hikers, mountain bikers, walkers.
Families have access to 2 great beaches with miles of sandy beach at Studland with the inshore lake hidden within the sand dunes
There is diving facilities for both experienced and new divers plus courses to start diving.
Ocean bay has a watersports facility with launching for jet skis and small boats
Hire of pedal boats and kayaks
Lots of restaurants, pubs. Shops and cafe's In Swanage town along with the amusement arcades and nightclub.
