Lovely Stay

A very warm welcome by Dawn who took the time to explain everything and provide handy tips of nearby facilities. The property is well looked after, modern and fully equipped. The master bedroom provides plenty of wardrobe space though the bed felt like a small double. The apartment is secure and the underground parking space is very handy. Also useful to enter the block from the garage if you don’t wish to walk part way up the hill. We did find road traffic to be noisy. The apartment is close to the port and a good 20 min walk to the Old Town using the most direct route but the newly finished promenade is a delight to stroll along and the beaches aren’t too far either. Overall a very lovely stay.

Beautiful, clean, well located apartment

We stayed here from 8 May for 10 wonderful nights. The apartment was very well furnished and equipped with everything that we needed. Comfortable enough beds and sofas and a roomy kitchen with all the mod cons required. Both the living room and the kitchen have doors that lead onto a spacious terrace. It has concrete roof and walls so no sun until late afternoon / early evening but wonderful views. From the terrace there’s a spiral staircase that leads to the roof terrace. The sun hits here from mid/late morning and stays until sunset. 2 comfortable and easy to move sunbeds and completely secluded from the outside world. Happy memories! The host, Dawn, was excellent. Explained everything on arrival, dealt with any queries during our stay and was accommodating in allowing a late check out time on our day of departure. The apartment is situated near the (roundabout) junction of Av Reina Sofia and Av Puerta del Mar, 3 minutes walk from the port area with its many restaurants and bars. Alternatively it’s a pretty flat 20-25 minute stroll along the promenade to the highlight of Estepona: it’s “old town” area. There are 2 well equipped supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. And then there’s the excellent, safe beach of Playa del Cristo where the water is relatively calm most of the time and so perfect for swimming. We were very attracted to Estepona and would certainly consider a return visit. And it would be hard to beat this particular apartment for overall value.

Fantastic apartment, great location - a gem

What a wonderful apartment, well located by the marina, with lots of facilities and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was roomy, spotless and well equipped. Dawn was fantastic to us, meeting us despite our late arrival and was helpful and responsive to the few queries we had. We would love to come back and we have recommended the apartment to friends and family already.

Review of holiday in estepona

Lovely apartment, well located close to Marina and beach and a Short board walk into the old town! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a choice between relaxing. Fine sized pool for the teenagers! In the balcony or upstairs in the roof terrace! Dawn is very attentive and was available if we had any queries.
