Alicante is very local with loads of charm and lively all year round. All is walking distance in the city, you can either choose a restaurant in the beautiful old town, a sunbath on the beach, a stroll around the harbour and esplanade, a walk to the castle, some shopping, the perfect night-out or just discover the surprising Mercado central! My property is located only 15 min drive to Alicante town, very close to the long beautiful beach of San Juan and it overlooks the famous 18-hole golf course of Bonalba! You can fly to sunny Alicante all year round with most of the major airlines and this luxurious apartment is only 20 min drive by motorway (no toll). Lovely Oasis El Castillo de Bonalba is highly recommended for lovers of comfort, tranquillity, relaxing views, and golf.

Great flat ideally situated. Calm, well equipped, well maintained & nicely decorated. Everything was like on the description. Thanks to John & Svetlana we had a wonderful time & would definitely recommend this property. We did golf & great walks & bike rides in the mountains & along the sandy beaches.
Excellent stay in this Lovely Oasis flat ! My parents and I just spent one week in Bonalba Golf and we really enjoyed staying at John's flat. John is a great host, he was very patient prior our stay to give us all the information needed and he was asking some news once we were there to make sure everything is OK which was so much appreciated ! The concierge Svetlana was also very helpful and nice ... The apartment is very modern, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The sea and golf views are beautiful and relaxing ! This place is suitable for people travelling by car as it is not located in a centre, but we appreciated this quietness off the beaten track ! ;-) Definitely recommending and can't wait to go back !
Very nice stay in this brand new apartment well decorated and very comfortable. John the owner and his concierge Svetlana on-site were available anytime, which let us feel like we had a personalized service 24/7, a bit like in a hotel but with the intimacy and with all facilities of a spacious and modern self catering accommodation. We will come back !
We enjoyed our break at this lovely apartment . Very clean and has everything you need . We particularly enjoyed the large terrace and choice of outside furniture . It is in a very quiet largely residential area so very relaxing and peaceful . A car is recommended as there are only a few places to eat locally but it's not far by car to the beach front or supermarkets . We also enjoyed using the tram to visit other towns and it's free travel on a Sunday . John was extremely helpful, easy to deal with and friendly throughout from enquiry to check out .
Hi, we were a family of four (kids at the age of 9 and 16) that stayed at this lovely apartment for one week and we are extremely satifisfied with the apartment (inventory, facilities, wifi, scenic view, locatin near the swimming pool, etc)! This was a quiet neighbourhood and we enjoyed several late dinners on the terrace without any noice from traffic or other disturbances, and a fantastic view of the coast line and the city of Alicante. The apartment excellent beds and two very nice bathrooms with showers (came in handy with teenager in the house :-)). We spent a lot of time at/in the swimming pool next to the apartment (several hours each day) and it was very convinient to have the pool almost next to the apartment (a short walk of 35-40 meters). The pool was clean and huge (about 25-30 m) with a deep end for diving. All the facilities and equipment in the apartment worked as excpected (kitchen, wifi, tv, air-condition, washer hot-water, etc). We had a rental car for the entire week and this is probably necessary because it was a 10 minutes drive to the nearer supermarket (Mercadona) in Mutxamel and 30 minutes to downtown Alicante. Luckily our rental car had a GPS - a must to find public parking and other necessary locations. The car parking at the apartment was very convenient and in the ground level under the apartment. We also visited Benidorm (Mundomar and the beach) and drove about 30km on the highway - recommended! All in all, we had a lovely week at this apartment and will definitely come back if we get the opportunity. We can highly recommend the apartment, and you will be taken very good care of by the host (excellent service on arrival and check-out)! Tom
