Three Wells Barn is a new open plan studio in the quiet rural Worcestershire village of Hadzor. It is ideally located for touring the Cotswolds, Malvern Hills or the many National Trust properties in the area. It is a two minute walk from the local golf course. The Wychavon Way passes through the village and there are lots of walks including along the Worcester canal which is just across the fields.

Amazing weekend away
About the Owner
My wife and I have lived in the medieval village of Hadzor for 20 years. We have three grown up boys who are all at various late stages of their School/University education. I have just retired from being Professor at the University of Birmingham and my wife has also just retired from lecturing in a local college. We love living in the Worcestershire countryside.

Warm and cosy cabin
Met on arrival by John. The cabin was just as we hoped. Clean.warm, quiet and a perfect get away for two. Would visit again . sue and rob.x
Amazing weekend away
My girlfriend and I stayed in this wonderful barn conversion for a quiet birthday weekend away. The barn is lovely, well equipped and was exactly what we were looking for. The location is brilliant and we had a great time walking around the local countryside. I can't recommend this place enough!
What a wonderful place!
Superb accommodation and location. The Barn is private, well equipped, extremely comfortable and attractively furnished. The location is set in beautiful countryside offering lovely walks from the doorstep including canal and countryside walking. A variety of amenities and local attractions are nearby including a great range of pubs and restaurants together with a welcoming golf club in walking distance. We have been at the Barn for an extended stay and are very sad to be leaving as we have had a really wonderful and relaxing stay and will definitely return when we visit Worcestershire in the future. Many thanks to Lynn and John for making our stay so enjoyable.
A great place to stay!
We ended up renting the Barn for almost 4 weeks as we were between houses. We needed something local while we waited for our new house to be ready. The Barn was a perfect holiday or short break spot. Extremely well appointed with modern facilities and very comfy bed. The cooking facilities were limited but more than sufficient for a holiday stay. Beautiful country area but not too far off the beaten track. Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try and fabulous place to walk in the countryside. A truly warm and friendly place to stay!

“Our house - Three Wells - is in the middle of the Worcestershire countryside with nearly three green acres of land and is grade 2 listed. We have only just completed the building of our new 'Three Wells Barn' with the beautiful living accommodation on the first floor. It is a short walk away from the house. We are within a short drive of the Cotswolds and there are lots of National Trust properties nearby. Hanbury Hall is within walking distance. The fine city of Worcester is just a 15 minute drive or 8 minute journey on the train from Droitwich station. Droitwich is an old Spa town about 5 minutes by car or a 25 minute walk. There is the Gaudet Luce golf course in Hadzor just a 3 minute walk away - with bar and restaurant.”

We require a deposit of 25% on booking with the remainder being paid 6 weeks before the let. If the booking is within 6 weeks of the let we require the full booking amount. We will accept paypal or personal cheque payments - we will give you further details on booking. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment has not been received.
Normally a Friday but we are flexible. Please arrive after 3pm and depart at 12 noon.

We normally charge a 20% deposit to confirm the booking with final payment one month before the stay. If the booking is within one month of the stay then the full payment is required.

“Three Wells Barn is fully equipped for your stay with a beautiful open plan design as you can see from the photos. It is approached by a drive off the road with plenty of parking available. We are easy to find in the middle of our tiny village opposite the red letter box. It is likely that you will be woken in the morning by the sheep in the next field!”

It is ideal for walkers, being on The Wychavon Way and Hadzor Circular plus the 21 mile Canal Loop Walk. *Non-smokers only please* unless smoking in the garden. There is a sensitive smoke alarm to deter smoking inside the property. We do not allow dogs in the Barn. Outside: There is private garden space around the property with a grassed area containing a table and chairs. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property. Utility Room: Washing machine, Towels and linen are provided and changed for each new let or more often for longer stays. Other: There is free internet.
