New build chalet in 2007 (a second home). 3 bedrooms - one double bed with en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with twin beds and an additional pull out bed. Additional Bathroom with shower. Double sofa bed in lounge. Therefore could sleep up to 10 people. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Garage with ski boot warmers. Ideal for large family, two families or 3 couples.

About the Owner

We live on the edge of the Peak District in England and enjoy being in the hills and the mountains.

We're keen skiers and wanted our own property in the Alps. We found the ideal place and built our own chalet in 2007 in the small Swiss ski resort of Anzere in Valais.

We spend around 4 weeks a year in the mountains - in the Winter for skiing and in the Summer for walking and relaxing.

Immaculate Modern traditional Swiss Chalet

Simple booking process, immaculate modern traditional Swiss Chalet with underfloor heating throughout and every conceivable amenity, even has heated boot warmers in the garage, barbeque area to the rear with table & benches. Convenient for the free Anzere village bus every 15 mins only 3 min walk & 5 min ride, or 15 min walk to the village, or 3 min walk from Chalet to La Poste a classic Swiss quality restaurant & Pizzeria; a variety of other ski resorts within 25 mins to 1 hour should you really need to explore any further than the excellent uncrowded Anzere resort - really does feel like millionaire's skiing on your own resort.

Been visiting Anzere in this same Chalet for 8 years and sometimes 2 or 3 times per year and it still feels like the first time, fantastic.

Only one bad thing - we have to go home!

Another fabulous week at Chalet Campanule, Anzere

Our group enjoyed yet another ski week at the well equipped and well located Chalet Campanule. A light, bright and modern chalet with everything you need to enjoy a fun filled week in the Alps. Warm and cosy and in a quiet spot, it makes for a great retreat after a hard day pounding the slopes. The chalet benefits from being pretty close to the free ski bus stop and is only a 10 minute walk from the main square with its many resturants and shops. We have visited the chalet for 7-8 years so it must be good. It is great having the space to store skis etc in the garage and the boot heaters are a nice touch. We would all heartily recommend the chalet as a great base from which to enjoy a holiday in the Valais.

Anzere is a small resort but the skiing is good quality, particularly the runs over to Les Rousses and its closeness to Crans Montana, Verbier, Grimentz, Siviez and even Zermatt, makes it a good base from which to chase the snow.

We enjoy eating out and La Poste - 3 minutes away, the Creperie and the Premier Pas are our favourites and are to be recommended. 10 minutes' walk from the chalet is the luxurious Wellness and Spa facility, which is great way to loosen up aching muscles and relax.

Lovely chalet

Perfect chalet for family ski holiday for 6. Garage great for storing all ski gear (and warming ski boots!). House very clean, warm etc. Kitchen and living area very well equipped with big TV for children to relax after a day's skiing. Short drive or bus to Telecabine. Le Poste restaurant (200m walk) excellent and Burger Terasse comes highly recommended by the children.

Village also good for non-skiers, particularly Anzere spa and fitness with very good pool.

Anzere is a relatively quiet south facing, sunny resort within easy access of world famous ski resorts such as Crans Montana, Verbier and Zermatt. Stunning views across and down the Rhone Valley. Recent investments in new ski lifts and wellness centre and planned link to Crans Montana ski area. Close to Sion and Crans-sur-Sierre (home of the European Tour Omega European Masters golf tournament in July) golf courses.
