House in Stalham Staithe,Stalham, North Norfolk, - Great Location, Private And Secluded Development Close To All Local Amenities

“Broad Way” is a beautifully finished, 3 bedroom attached house set in a small exclusive development, just 100 metres from the water at Stalham Staithe, at the northern end of the Norfolk Broads. Ideal for family holidays.

There are three comfortable bedrooms :

1. Master Double Bedroom with en-suite shower room

2. Double Bedroom

3. Childrens Room with bunk beds

There's a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, there's plenty of space with a large kitchen diner and a separate lounge. A lovely patio area, with an outdoor table seating 6, means that you can also eat outside, if you choose. Or if you want a break from the cooking, just head to one of the many restaurants or pubs in Stalham, just 10 minutes stroll away.

There's a nice area at the front for the kids to play in, or perhaps for parents to enjoy the afternoon sun and the patio area is great for al fresco dining.

For those members of the family that like to stay connected, we include free, fast WiFi and Netflix.

There's ample parking for 2 cars on our private drive.

It's a fantastic base for the many visitor attractions of North Norfolk.

Here are some of our favourites :

* The beautiful sandy beach at Sea Palling is just a ten minute drive

* The bustling Broads town of Wroxham is 15 minutes away.

* Amazona Zoo in Cromer (approx 35min drive),

* Bure Valley Steam Railway (approx 15min drive)

* Museum of the Broads (a short walk away)

* For those keen on outdoor activities, there's a lot to do: angling and boating on the waterways, walking and cycling on the many paths nearby or bird watching at the many nature reserves.

* For a lively day seaside excursion, why not visit Great Yarmouth with its funfair, Sea Life Aquarium and amusements ?

* Why not explore the Broads by renting a boat at nearby Moonfleet Marine ?

A lovely house with everything you might need

A perfect location for seeing all the many tourist attractions Norfolk has to offer.

The coast is nearby, some small peaceful locations to the hustle & bustle of Gt.Yarmouth.

The broads are on the doorstep with a great choice of boating or just sightseeing.

We found some very nice pubs to eat in if eating out is favoured but the house is very well equipped if you prefer self catering.

There are plenty of choices to satisfy families, couples or a group of friends.

Broadway a home from home!

This house is modern clean and well equipped, . It is centrally located and easy to find. There was plenty of information about all the places to visit, restaurants and beaches ect. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Fabulous home from home

Excellent property in a lovely quiet area. Equipped with everything you need and more. Very very clean and comfortable. Beautiful locality and close to amenities. We enjoyed a fabulous week here and love the property... the extra little touches were wonderful tea, coffee sugar and biscuits laid out with the cheery mugs for your arrival. Beds made up and loo rolls and hand soap in all bath rooms! Fabulous. There are so many beautiful place to visit close by including beautiful beaches within 10- 15 mins drive . Our favourite place was Wroxam with Wells next the sea and Sandringham coming very close. We will certainly return to this area and would love to stay in this property again. The owner is very helpful and his instructions and little folder of tips and places to see were invaluable.

Lovely house, a real home from home. Well-equipped and very cosy.

Ticked all our boxes. Close to the beach, five minutes drive. On the Broads. Lovely house-immaculate and a nice place to relaxi in. Well-equipped, even down to the children's games, which greatly pleased our children.

Further Details:

We are just a short walk from the water at Stalham Staithe, where you will find a pretty picnic area, “The Mermaids Slipper” Restaurant, day boat hire and the Museum of the Broads. Stalham itself has a selection of pubs and restaurants and, for your daily provisions; there are supermarkets and local shops. All are within easy walking distance of your holiday home.
