The house is new, was completed in 2005. It has two floors and facades reminiscent of a typical Ibiza. On the ground floor there is a hall, a living room and kitchen, utility room, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room connected with a covered terrace leading to the pool area and barbecue, from which you can see the sea. Upstairs find the master bedroom with a double bed, another double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. From the master bedroom, access is gained to a large covered terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and sunset. IF THERE IS NOT AVAILABILITY VISIT MY OTHER VILLA NUM. B-11010

Why Toni Boned chose Sant Josep (San Jose)

A few years ago I had the opportunity to buy the land where the house is located which I had always liked by the pine forest around and especially by the sea and the islands of the west, for its tranquillity and its proximity to the coast and populations there are around: San Agustin, San Jose, San Antonio, and being located close to the best beaches on the island: Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta etc. where you have walking trails along the coast and enjoy the scenery, being an area where in the environment have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. but not within a town.

What makes this villa unique

The house has a large fenced, closed with an electric gate, so you'll have no trouble parking, there is also a large pool from the terrace you can see the sea, modern hammocks and parasols, and a covered barbecue area that looks like a beach bar even has a small refrigerator. Where you will spend your vacation pleasantly enveloped by the Mediterranean forest that surrounds us.

Notes on accommodation: Occasionally we seek an extra bed and/or a cradle Outside: The exterior, especially in summer, is where you spend most of the time, for that we have in our enclosed plot (4.000 m2.) full of pines and plants a big pool 8x4 mts. covered BBQ area with an extra fridge, a large wooden table suitable for 6 people or more and sun beds and parasols around the entire pool, I´d recommend you see our photographs. Utility Room: Utility Room with refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen tools. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house is stocked with towels for the bathroom, and bed linen.

Beautiful private villa with a wonderful pool!

Toni is incredibly helpful and was quick to respond and help us with our stay. The villa is well appointed and private. Spacious inside but it is the outside space that is the best feature. The pool is the biggest we have had at a private villa and the bar-b-q and outside bar / seating perfect! There are restaurants / bars in walking distance at Port Des Torrent and we also walked to Cala Bassa through the woods and across the bay (perfect for an early morning jog before the crowds!). Importantly for the teenagers the WiFI was strong and could be used outside - a few times it went down but this is not due to the villa but the network itself. The upstairs terrace perfect for the sunset and sea view. Supermarkets close by (both walking and driving) as well as a take away pizzeria. San Antoni is close by but in August the traffic is very heavy. Not far to Ibiza town or to explore the whole island. We hired a speed boat from Ibiza Marina and this is recommended. The sunset at Cala Vadella was our favourite. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this villa.

Superb Villa in stunning location with the most magical balcony and sunsets,spotless and comfortable

We booked the villa in Feb 2016 with Toni the onwer being very responsive to email right from the start.All our questions were answered quickly.The booking/payment process was painless and straight forward due to the efforts made by Toni.

The access to the Villa is via an unmade road which on the first attempt will be worrying but you soon get used to it and is the main reason why the villa is so secluded.There are other properties adjacent but they are far enough away and so large has not to be a worry.

Toni and his wife will great you ,explain everything and give you a contract and take your security deposit all very efficent.

Toni also is the manger for the villa which helps ,example being our first floor water heater was leaking on the second day and replaced the next morning with a new one fantastic service.

The Villa has three air conditioned bedrooms with two bathrooms,a fitted kitchen with everything you will need,a utility with American fridge-freezer ,wishing machine and storage.

Outside space is what makes the villa magical,two covered areas on the rear verandah,a gazebo covered eating area adjacent to the pool with a fridge and new gas barbecue and sink.A rustic table and six chairs make this a fantastic evening space.

The large pool is kept spotless by Toni with six immaculate loungers with pads and ALL towels are provided so no need to pack them.

The Villa has a magical first floor balcony of the double bedroom with comfortable seating.This is the area we spent most evenings watching the stunning/magical sunsets the best we have seen.The lighthouse and many boats passing make the evenings suburb.

Beaches are really close to the villa one within walking distance so all are good access to a few is interesting.

Amenities locally are good supetmarket with everything you will need is about 5 minutes away,English shop is on the outskirts of San Antonio 15 minutes away.

We used a fantastic resturant in Port Torrent on the beach it was great and real value we never got to the sweet course has portions and the quality of the food was so good.

Ibiza town is 20 minutes from the villa and well worth the visit go on the 731 directly in and park near the port for 6 € all day.The old town is fantastic and the port is a must to see all the yachts etc.Hard Rock Cafe for lunch is a must.

This has to be one of the best Villas we have visited THANKYOU TONI..

Villa was everything it said - lived up to our expectations. Clean, fresh, good facilities. Grounds well maintained and pool was perfect. As villa is situated on a hill it has panoramic views - especially of the sunsets. Plenty of outdoor seating areas - barbeque area was a lovely touch with lighting, outdoor fridge and sink. Would recommend it for a perfect peaceful holiday - car is essential unless you like hiking up dusty track.

Fantastic villa with stunning views

We've just come back from a 7 night stay at this villa. We had a lovely time and our kids especially enjoyed playing in the pool. The photos don't really do it justice, the villa is spotless and sunsets from the balcony are stunning - we spent a few evenings with a bottle of wine watching the sun slip into the sea. We walked to Cala Bassa one morning which took us about 20 mins, and drove into San Antonio several times to visit the sunset strip, marina and various restaurants. I strongly recommend you rent a car. There is an area of unused scrub land next to Es Paradis that you can park in for free, or there is an underground car park in San Antonio which is pretty cheap if you wanted to head to the sunset strip (watch out, cocktails in Cafe Del Mar are €15!).

A few notes that might be important to some - wifi works throughout the villa and just about reaches the pool area (it's ADSL, 8mb down .25 up - VPNs work fine). The pool bar has a fridge, which is where I kept all my beers! The pool is shallow enough at one end to enable my 5 year old to stand on the bottom but deep enough at the other end to do some serious dive-bombing! There is a music system in the house which has an AUX input (3.5mm jack) so you can plug your phone/ipod into it (you'll need to bring your own lead). The pool bar has a spare power socket so I took the system outside and used it to play some music by the pool. There are (British) residents in the villa next door so I would suggest being mindful of the volume. We picked up our hire car (a convertible Beetle!) from Europcar at the airport (pre-booked through HolidayAutos) so didn't have to catch a shuttle to an off-airport rental place - more expensive but when you have kids in tow much less hassle. I used Google maps to get around, no need to hire a GPS.

Toni was great, very responsive to emails (we couldn't call each other for some reason - the mobile networks wouldn't connect our calls), he gives you a relatively short and straightforward agreement to sign when you arrive and refunds your security deposit when you leave (assuming there are no issues of course!). Make sure you work out where the villa is, search for "Es Penyal" on google maps and you should find it - head west up an unpaved road off Ave. San Agusti - the road goes round to the right but you need to carry straight on up the unpaved road, it's a bit disconcerting at first but you soon get used to it.

All in all, highly recommended, you won't be disappointed

Outstanding place to stay!

It was a truly beautiful villa, very clean, spacious, lovely outdoor spaces to relax and sunbathe, wonderful swimming pool and nice bbq area for outdoor eating and entertaining.

Toni was extremely helpful from the beginning, with setting up payment online for us, for being so welcoming and helpful when he received us at his villa with his wife. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and Toni was very prompt in answering back and coming round to fix the problems.

The views from the upstairs balcony was lovely and we cooked many delicious meals at the villa and enjoyed many chilled evenings outside on the terrace. Plenty of supermarkets nearby, some restaurants and beach 15mins walk away from the apartment.

Would definitely come back again and would recommend it to anyone who is after a nice relaxing place to stay in Ibiza away from the partying crowds.
