First floor apartment, situated in the quiet area of Pinaret, Pto Pollensa. This property is part of the Pinaret community of delightful apartments. The apartment is only 400 metres to the best beach in Pto de Pollensa and a 15 minute walk to the main square. Las Acacias consists of 1 double bedroom with twin beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers & 2 bed side cabinets. The bathroom has a bath & shower & separate WC. The living/dining room features a large comfortable sofa bed, TV/DVD player, dining table & chairs & leads onto a large fully furnished balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is a small utility area attached to the balcony with a washing machine, iron/ironing board & a clothes line. The apartment has A/C and heating installed. There is a safe installed. Furnished to a high standard throughout. Beautiful apartment in a secluded location

Our third stay in this quiet and clean apartment. It never disappoints. Located a short walk to the beach and even though we'd hired a car, we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful walk into Puerto Pollensa main town every evening. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough if you want somewhere quiet but close to all the amenities. Not having a pool wasn't a problem because we used the swimming pool at villaconcha which was a two minute walk away. Many thanks again to Hayley and Paul for making our holiday as enjoyable as the first.

Wonderful apartment and stay, close to everything

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a lovely block and was very peaceful. We did a lot of cycling and we enjoyed the holiday. It's also very close to the beach and the restaurant and shops and out of the way enough to be quite in the evenings and night time. We would definitely go back and recommend it to others!

Wanted longer!

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location for a stress free holiday in this wonderful resort. As a food lover, there were so many restaurants to chose from & I needed so much longer to try them all.

Well appointed apartment in good location

Quiet residential location, a few minutes walk to beach, 10-15 minutes to resort centre. Clean, well maintained, fully equipped apartment as described. Excellent communication/co-operation with owners. All in all, a lovely apartment which suited us well. Have already made a follow up booking and would also recommend to friends.

Nice apartment; lovely holiday.

Apartment was sparkling clean and freshly aired when we arrived. We had everything we needed. It is conveniently located with easy parking. Short walk to good local restaurants and the centre of Port de Pollensa. You could manage without a car, but we like to get into the mountains and go exploring other parts of the island. Advice from Hayley and other guests (in the guest book) particularly on where to eat, was very useful.

The apartment is good value and we can recommend it.

Perfect Location

Very clean and comfortable apartment, a home from home. Perfectly situated in an extremely quiet and tranquil location of Puerto Pollensa but within a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Always space to park the car just outside the apartment entrance on a quiet road with no through traffic. We've visited Puerto Pollensa several times and have been that impressed we've booked the apartment for the same time next year. This apartment is highly recommended.

From the Owner

We have been holidaying in Puerto Pollensa for the last 20 years, both before and since having children. In the early years we spent our holidays here relaxing on sunbeds on the beautiful sandy beaches & enjoying eating at a different restaurant each night. Then sitting in the square of evening, drinking at one of the bars until the early hours! Now we have 2 young children & our holidays the resort is just as perfect. We now enjoy playing on the beach & swimming in the clear warm waters in the bay. And in the evening still enjoy the great selection of restaurants on offer for families whilst the children run around safely in the market square. Once the children are in bed, we relax on the balcony with a glass of wine & a game of cards.

Activity and Interests


400 metres to a beautiful sandy beach in the bay of Puerto Pollensa and a 15 minute walk to the quaint beaches on the Pine Walk.


45 minute drive from Palma airport. You can travel to the resort using a private taxi, bus transfers or the local bus company. Good bus service to nearby resorts & Palma.


A 15 minute walk to the main square & restaurants on the sea front.

The property is in a great location, as is close to the beach, the main square, restaurant & bars. The beach at the end of the road is perfect for children as there is loads of space & umbrellas/beds to rent. The block is in a very quiet location, great for escaping back to during the peak season.
