Fully furnished, modern apartment, perfect for couples and families. Sleeps 4 comfortably, with one bathroom, one lounge, and a kitchen. Easy walking to the beach and town. Close to bus stop, car not necessary, but if hiring a car, a car parking space can be arranged. Tennis courts and crazy golf within the complex. Excellent bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

About the Owner

This is a friendly, family owned apartment. We have been holidaying in Calpe for over 20 years, and enjoy the relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere of the town. The kids enjoy the beach and pool, and we feel comfortable eating out late in the safe surroundings. Our parents also enjoy holidaying here, as everything is within easy walking distance.

This apartment has been in our family for over twenty years, as we have always enjoyed holidaying here either with our children when they were younger, and now with our foster children.

Activity and Interests


The beach is 2 minute walk from the apartment. Calpe town is a 25 minute stroll (leisurely pace along the promenade). Large beach area with a fun climbing frame, and loungers and umbrellas available to hire in summer. Also, Aquafun (inflatable play area with lifejackets provided and lifeguard) in the sea available during summer peak.


Alicante airport is closest. Car not essential. We can arrange air port pick up and drop off, approximately 60 euros each way. If hiring a car, a car parking space can be arranged. Apartment approx. 1 hour driving from airport. Many attractions are within easy driving distance (Terramitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, spanish towns of Guadalest and Altea), but there is also a bus stop a 3 min.walk from apartment, and Turmalina receptionist is very helpful with bus stops and times.


Calpe town is a leisurely 25 minute stroll along the promenade, or a 15 minute walk if you go a more direct route along the salt lake. Walk to Calpe market, or catch the bus to Altea or Moraira markets. Theme park, water park and shopping complex nearby (driving or bus), beautiful waterfalls and spanish towns within a hours drive/bus journey.

Small local supermarket within 3 minute walk ( Mas y Mas) or two larger supermarkets within 10-15 minute walk.

    Please email for bookings, prices, availability and enquiries. £150 deposit required to secure your booking, and full amount to be paid 6 weeks before your booking. End of week cleaning included in the price. Deposit will be returned to you on inspection of apartment by the cleaners, and breakages or damages will be taken out.

    Changeover Day:
    changeover day flexible, minimum stay of one week.

    Notes on prices:
    May- October; £250-£600.
    Nov-April; £175-£300.
    Prices available on request.
    Discounts available for bookings of more than 2 weeks.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and shower towels available, beach towels, end of week cleaning service included in the price, but if you use beach towels please wash and dry and return to cupboard (not included in laundry price, but are available to use. Other: Spacious balcony with patio table, 4 chairs and 2 sun chairs.
