Quiet, spacious apartment

This is a well equipped, spacious apartment. The south facing garden area is very private and sunny almost all day.

As the apartment block is near the end of the road there is very little traffic going past as well.

We had the pool to ourselves nearly all the time.

Communications from first contact onward were excellent.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Charming apartment

The description was very good and matched exactly the property when we arrived. Very clean and well maintained. The basics where there on our arrival. We would recommend this property. Excellentl apartment

This apartment is ideal for a couple of small family. It is very clean and well presented. The private garden is great and gets sun all day until early evening. The customer service from Melina is brilliant, they are extreme helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

A great place to stay

The apartment is well proportioned and fully equipped with everything you would need for a holiday. It is tastefully furnished and has good quality garden furniture too. Melina and Fred were really helpful and organised some basic food supplies for my arrival. It's about a 10-15 minute walk up to the main part of Oroklini where the bars, restaurants and shops are. I used to drive in the evenings as it took less than 5 minutes. the apartment is in a modern gated complex on the outskirts of the village and feels very safe and secure. It was too cold to use the communal pool during my visit. Overall, a really great little apartment that I will definitely re-book in the future.

Beautiful Apartment

My husband and I rented this property at very short notice...booked on the Saturday arrived on the Sunday!! The Property managers Melina & Fred Couldnt of been more accommodating!

I visit Oroklini roughly 3 times a year and have stayed in many apartments, at different price brackets. I can honestly say that this apartment is second to none. There is nothing that has not been thought about. EVERYTHING is there for your needs, there is nothing that the apartment does not have. And everything is very well looked after.

Its decorated very tastefully and the pictures do it no justice, especially the bedroom pictures which by the way is quite large.

The outside area is equisite purely because you are not overlooked by other apartment blocks and houses. You look onto beautiful green fields.

Take reassurance that there is a property management company looking after this apartment situated just 5 mins away, as on our first day we had a problem with our hot water. One call to Melina and she was over straight away with an onsite maintenance man in toe. Not quite sure what we would of done if the owner was in England!!

I would have no hesitation in reccomending this apartment, and will definately be staying there again!!!

A beautiful apartment!

My partner and I spent ten days in this beautiful apartment in July-August, 2013. It is in a quiet spot and very well maintained. The property managers could not have been more helpful. The small garden is ideal for relaxing in or having a barbecue (one is provided). Air conditioning is excellent and an additional fan provided. The pool area is immaculate with a cooling breeze throughout the day. Highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

The nearest beaches to Oroklini village are along the Dhekelia strip, which is a short 5 minute drive from the apartment. The strip continues for a few km's around Larnaca bay, and offers many good blue flag beaches for safe swimming, together with all the amenities you need for a perfect day on the beach.


Cyprus has two airports, Paphos and Larnaca. The main airport which services the island is Larnaca and is situated just a short 15 minute drive from the village of Oroklini. The travel time from Paphos airport to Oroklini is just over an hour. Whilst staying at this apartment we highly recommended that guests hire a car.


Oroklini is situated east of Larnaca town. Just a 10 minute car ride will find you in the heart of this lovely historic town, with plenty of shops, beaches and restaurants. With quick access to Cyprus's motorways the other main towns can all be easily reached.

Ayia Napa - 37 km (25 mins)

Nicosia (The Capital) - 50 km (30 mins)

Outside: This apartment benefits from its own private garden and patio which over looks the meadow. The garden area is covered with artificial grass and has a few plants around the border, making this an ideal facility for those who wish to relax in their own private space. The artificial grass gives a perfect clean/safe area for young children to play or for guests to B.B.Q and sunbath. There are 4 fold-up sun beds and a parasol, which can be used either in the garden or around the large outdoor communal pool surround. The pool is situated within the complex, right next to the apartment and is usually very quiet. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned prior to guests arrival and also on departure. Towels and bed linen are all supplied. Mid-term cleans can be provided if required, prices can be given on request. Other: The private garden and patio is a lovely area which looks out over the meadow and great for al fresco dining. With early morning to afternoon sunshine, you can make the most of the sun loungers provided for a spot of sunbathing either here or on poolside
