First floor 2 bedrooms apartment overlooking the Pereybere Public Beach area. The Apartment is fully furnished, has Air Conditioning and Fans in both bedrooms. One bedroom is en-suite and the second bedroom has a separate bathroom. Pereybere is situated in north of the Island of Mauritius. It is 2 kms north of Grand Baie town centre. It is a small Village with all the necessary facilities for Tourists e.g Beaches, Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Water sports, for example, Scuba Diving, Beach Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing etc. Port Louis is a the Capital of the island is 25 km south. Pereybere has regular bus services to local areas. Sir Ramgoolam Airport is 40 km to Pereybere. Pereybere and surrounding areas are renowned for their beautiful swimming beaches and sceneries.

My family and I reside in UK. My wife and I are both retired and love holidaying frequently in Mauritius. We love the beaches, the food, the water sports and the people. We are very happy to share this very large, beautiful and ideally located Apartment with other Holiday Makers at very reasonable rent and offer great discount for longer stay, three weeks or more. We have a relative who acts as our Agent, he can arrange for Taxi transport to the Airport and advise on other services. He is very reliable and his support and assistance are very much appreciated by our clients .

Lovely apartment

The property is a minute walk to the beach. Cross the road,go through the beach car park and you are on the sandy, most popular beach of Mauritius. There is a restaurant overlooking the beach and lots of food stalls selling delicious Mauritian food at very reasonable price.


The property is located above a row of small shops, comprising a bakery, a taylor, a diving school, a cash point, a fast food place, a taxi rank and a bus stop. With a wide range of restaurants within minutes walk.

A 6 minutes walk will take you to a supermarket ideal for a self catering holiday and a chemist on the way passing several fresh fruit and vegetable stalls on the roadside.

The flat itself is very attractive with its own balcony overlooking the beach car park. There are 2 bathrooms which are useful if there are 4 or 5 people in the apartment. The place is very clean and tidy. Customer service was A*. Any issue we had was dealt with immediately and in the very polite manner.

To give it a 5 star rating the cooker would need to be upgraded and the water pressure of the showers would need to be attended to.

We would definitely recommend it and we will be staying there again end of 2016.

We love the North part of the Island of Mauritius which has the most beautiful beaches and scenic views. Pereybere beach is considered the very best beach for swimming as it is well sheltered within its beautiful turquoise lagoon, mirror like sea and very soft powdery sands. Mon Choisi, Trou Aux Biches and Grand Baie Resorts are all nearby. They offer a variety of activities to suit all ages. The Apartment is located in a very desirable location just opposite the Beach area and one minute walk to the sea. The Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Pharmacy, Super Market, Cyber Cafe etc. are all within easy reach. The Building has a Night security Guard on duty for peace of mind. It has no dark allays or less secure areas to negotiate. When we first saw the Apartment we immediately fell in love with its prime location. We are very happy to share our beautiful apartment with others for a very reasonable price.

Booking can be made at any time. On confirmation a deposit of 20% is required.
Final payment is made four weeks before departure. There is an experienced Agent who will be welcoming Clients and offering advice. He will also ensure that the clients have a pleasant stay and an enjoyable holiday and he will be on hand to assist as necessary.

Changeover Day:
There is no preferred time of arrival or departure. The Agent will ensure a good reception of all holiday makers.

Notes on prices:
There will be discounted price for long stay of 3 weeks and over. There is a 10% discount for 2 people only.

Please pay 20% deposit to reserve the dates and the remainder four weeks before the start of the holiday.
Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or by PayPal.

The property is a very large 120sqmt two bedrooms. It can easily accommodate 4-5 people. The Apartment has Air Condition Bedrooms and Fans. It also has a very large wraparound balcony where the Guests can sit and have their meals and drinks in comfort while watching the resort's movements. It is just opposite the beach and in the centre of the resort where access to Restaurants, Supermarket, Public Transport and other holiday activities is within easy reac The Apartment has its own private Car Park and the building has Night Security.

  • Outside: The Apartment is on the first floor of the building and has a large wrapped around balcony where one can relax for a drink and have a main meal as there is the facility of a dining table and chairs. There are various tourist shops on the ground floor of the building. The Pereybere beach is regarded by locals and tourists as one of the best swimming beach in Mauritius and it is only across the road. Restaurants, Bars, Cyber Cafe, Cash machines, Super Market, facilities for car and bicycle hire. Water sports e.g. scuba diving. There are organized boat trips, deep sea fishing and visits around the island. Grand Baie which a major town with much more tourist shops and facilities is only 1.5 km away. Port Louis, the capital, is 25 km away. There are regular bus services to and from Port Louis and a Taxis stand is across the road. Bath Towels and Linen : Clean linen and towel provided. Cleaning of apartment and any other other domestic cleaning can be arranged privately. Other: Safe provided.
