This new barn conversion incorporating underfloor heating provides an all the round location to visit South Devon, the Dart Valley or South Devon Steam Railways, Dartington Hall, Agatha Christie's former home, Greenaway and Totnes with its array of individual shops. Travel by boat down the river Dart to Dartmouth and return to Totnes by steam train and bus perhaps. Drive onto Dartmoor to visit this unique moorland landscape. Visit the cathedral city of Exeter and or Plymouth and see where Drake left for the Americas. Or sit relax and read, walk the Devon lanes and visit the two village pubs. Saturday changeover unless otherwise agreed please. Bedding, towel and toiletries supplied.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekly cleaning with towels and linen provided.

A very quiet and peaceful rural retreat with a spacious, modern and well-designed property. Also the best-equipped and interior decorating we have struck on this trip .

Lovely peaceful location in very comfortable barn.

We had an amazing week in this lovely property which is tucked away in a very peaceful location. The barn was very well equipped with everything we needed and is in the perfect location for visiting so many places such as Salcombe, Dartmouth and several national trust properties. The village has two pubs which both do excellent food but special mention must go to the Coppa Dolla pub which had amazing pies and puddings with a great atmosphere and very friendly host. We liked it so much we ate there 3 times! The cake on arrival was delicious and a lovely touch. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful property.

Spacious accommodation in tranquil place

We really enjoyed our stay in Parke Barn. A peaceful location, really comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, coast and moors nearby, a convenient shop (five minutes walk) and pubs that serve good food are also within walking distance. Wifi was slow most of the time, but couldn't spoil anything for us. We would definitely recommend Parke Barn!

Lovely and peaceful surroundings but only within a few mins walk to shop and a couple of nice pubs. The Barn is stunning! Very spacious and modern with everything you could need and more! Great location to explore South Devon.

Parke Barn - Is absolutely perfect. Tucked away down a lane in Broadhempston village , Devon. The barn is well decorated, very clean and is equipped with everything that you may need to make your stay comfortable. The beds are huge and comfortable and bathrooms perfect. I stayed with my disabled husband so the downstairs bedroom and shower room was great for us.
