We found the location of the property ideal and centrally located for all the trips we did. Although the weather was not brilliant, it was February, but we found enough things to do with 3 teenage boys. The accommodation was excellent for five of us and it felt very spacious and comfortable. The boys were more than happy with the wifi connection. The kitchen was well equipped and a very going welcome pack on arrival. The only point we would like to make is for the time of the year the heating needed to be a little higher, although I believe I read somewhere you could have asked for this to be done. This did not detract from a most enjoyable week.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was well equipped and very clean. There were lovely walks nearby and we hope to return soon. Excellent value for money
Had a lovely time at Stable cottage with 3 generations, celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary and a 21st birthday.
Really friendly and helpful owner/manager with the added extra of a homemade cake and some milk on our arrival.
Would highly recommend staying at any of the properties at Drift cottage farm and look forward to booking our next stay with them.
Do feel that a car is essential for making the most of the beautiful surroundings.
Thanks again for a perfect getaway
