The lounge has a brown tan leather corner suite and double settee plus two pouffe's, dining table and chairs, bookcase, beautiful blue glass and a variety of books. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, trouser press, walk-in dressing room, plus large ensuite wet room. The second bedroom has double bed, tan leather chair, ensuite bathroom with bath and triple wardrobe cheval mirror and monks bench. The third bedroom has a single bed, and occasional bed with ensuite washroom, wardrobe, and bedside table. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic electric hob and oven, plus electric griddle pan and fridge with freezer compartment. A washing machine is also included. Centrally heated. All linen and towels included and pet friendly.

This Apartment ( can sleep 4-6 adults) is NEW and on the 2nd Floor of The Court Royal Holiday Apartments, It comprises 1 very large Bedroom (with Kingsize Bed, Daybed and underbed) + ensuite). 1 Single Bedroom, Bathroom with full bath and overhead shower. +2 double sofa beds. A Cot and High Chair are also available. The kingsize is especially large, and the apartment can accommodate a family easily and is equally suited for a couple to enjoy some time out in luxury. The kitchen is white with a wood floor and worktops wood and the tiles are white and silver. The lounge has 2 settees which convert to double beds, a beautiful glass dining table, glass TV stand and TV and soft lighting making it perfect for family get-togethers just a couple.. The apartment is ideally situated in a very central location on South Cliff within easy reach of the town centre and only 3-5 minutes from the beach. They benefit from having local shops just 1 minute walk away at Ramshill and also the main bus route to Bridlington and Filey. Only a 5 minutes walk to Scarborough train station. Local taxis are available on Ramshill. Parking is outside with scratch cards provided. The property has recently been completed and is fitted and furnished to a high level with comfort and style in mind in a conservation area. TV, DVD player, books and games come as standard along with all the other usual refinements. Pet friendly with ample parks and walks for well-behaved dogs.

About Mrs D. M. Lacroix-Kettlewell

I came to Scarborough from Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands in 1979 because I felt that it was a beautiful environment to explore and enjoy, especially for a family. We had holidayed here for some years before and were thoroughly at home with the beach, Dalby Forest and The Wolds. Scarborough people are very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home instantly. With my career as a Beauty and Complementary Therapist I made a lot of friends very quickly. My husband, David, is originally from Middlesbrough, went to Wolverhampton College to study photography, lived for some time in High Wycombe but came to Scarborough for all the same reasons. He retired last year from the local daily newspaper to enjoy his photography and freelance at leisure. Scarborough is the perfect place to do it.

There are lots of walking areas and glorious scenery to explore.The area is ideal for holidays by the sea and also for woodland walks, just great for families and couples alike. But what makes it perfect I think is the complete array of local shops just one minute walk away making it self-sufficient for everyone's needs.

Scarborough town centre and the beach are also only 3-5 minutes away along with the many areas for walks and well-tended parks in South Cliff. Perfect if you only want a short walk and view. It is on the main bus route to Filey and the Wolds and close to the A64 so you can explore the surrounding areas from Whitby to Pickering and York to Bridlington,... an ideal location for holidays.

Booking Notes:
Non-refundable deposit of £100 for the top flat and £150 for the ground floor flat is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 8 weeks to holiday date full payment must be made on booking.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday with all keys returned, although this day can be flexible if it not high season. Departure time is 10.00am and Arrivals 3.30pm for the Top Apartment and 4pm for the Ground Floor Apartment

Notes on prices:
Prices for the properties are in UK pounds. Short breaks are available depending on existing bookings. If available; 2 nights-70% of weekly tariff, 3 nights-75%, 4 nights 80%, 5 nights 85%, 6 nights-90%

In peak season, changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible if there are no other bookings.

Fantastic

The flat was amazing, it had all the amenities that you would need. The bedrooms were very spacious with en-suites, which was a god send as it meant no queuing for the bathroom in a morning. It was a 10 minute walk into the town centre and to the beach.

Would recommend anyone to stay here as Denise was very welcoming and was just on the end of the phone if we needed anything. Thank you Denise for a fantastic holiday. Will be coming back

There is so much to see and do here as well as the beach and freshly planted parks for walking and just chilling out. The Spa and Stephen Joseph theatre provide a variety of entertainment to suit all. Likewise the the newly built Alpamare waterpark is amazing and makes this sun and sea town a truly exciting place for families to visit both for a week or two or a long weekend. Good sized property all on one level. We stayed family of 6 and was well accommodated. Ideal situation close to centre of Scarbourough. Fantastic owners and very personal touch! Great location, lovely spacious accommodation

We had a lovely week here with 5 adults, one 11 year old and a small dog. The flat was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for self catering. The lounge was large and comfortable and the location just off Ramshill Road was perfect for access to local shops, a short walk into the town or an even shorter one to the Spa and beach. We would definitely recommend the flat to friends and family as not only was the accommodation just what we needed, but the owner was always helpful and available to sort any queries we had. Hopefully we will return again in the not too distant future.

Great apartment

We stayed here with our friends and Granchildren aged 10 and 8 and had a fabulous Week.

The apartment is large with high ceilings with two huge bedrooms and one smaller room( which the girls slept in with no problem)

In our opinion the location was perfect for town( 6mins) and the beach about the same if you took the lift.

The owners were always available to sort out any problems( we had none) and parking ,and also little things like taking away our empty wine bottles(thankyou Denise and Hubby).

We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment,and Anja and Belle cannot wait to return next Year.

Lovely family holiday

We have just returned from our second visit to Denise and David's ground floor apartment. Again, like last year we had a fabulous week. It is a smashing apartment and suits us, as a family, perfectly. It is spacious and clean and we love relaxing each night after long days out and about around Scarborough in the warm comfortable lounge. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their holiday too. Denise is always on hand if there are any problems. The location is excellent, we particularly like the Ramshill Road area of Scarborough as there are shops on the doorstep and a nice 10 minute walk into town. It is a brilliant area for walking dogs as there are many paths leading from the Esplanade which you can explore whilst making your way down to the beach and Spa area. I recommended this apartment to friends of ours and they loved it too.
