Our spacious property is situated within the upmarket, safe and leafy area of Elviria - 2 minutes walk to golden beaches and the renowned 5 star Don Carlos Hotel and Nikki Beach Club, plus a 5 minute stroll from shops, banks and a wide choice of bars and restaurants from pizzerias to fine dining, including the Elviria Grill (50m) and The Playwright.

Accomodation :

The "wow factor" of our apartment is that it boasts panoramic sea and mountain views and all day sunshine from our huge 2,000sq ft rooftop terrace. Inside you will find a very comfortable residence, with plenty of communal and private space, all finished and furnished to a high standard. It represents excellent value for an Elviria beachside location.

Alanda Club:

An added advantage of our penthouse is that it is part of the private luxurious complex of Alanda Club with onsite newly renovated poolside bar and restaurant facilities serving excellent food all day and providing evening entertainment. The resort is located within a secure complex with 24 hour security, and boasts beautiful mature gardens. These are extremely well maintained. The pool and surrounding gardens are very peaceful, despite being a stone's throw from all you could need.

Notes on accommodation: Our high quality accommodation is extremely spacious and very comfortable, and the terrace, where you spend most of your time in the sunny climate, exceeds expectations. From here, you can enjoy views of the sea to the front, the mountains behind, the evening lights of Marbella and even the outline of the Moroccan coast. We have enjoyed watching many sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of terrace with its all round year sun. Its location cannot be rivalled, with a hop skip and a jump to beautiful restaurants and the beach. Being a part of the exclusive Alanda Club is a huge draw, with all the benefits that come with that, including restaurant, kids club, babysitting, golf desk, lifeguarded pools, very friendly staff eager to help, to name a few. Children: The apartment has 2 cots and one booster chair for feeding. It is very child friendly with ample space. We are sure our apartment won't disappoint. Outside: Stunning terrace: For your enjoyment of fabulous views and all day sun, there are 8 sun loungers provided, 2 cocktail tables, a large parasol, aswell as patio awning for extra shade, and a very large granite-topped table with cushioned chairs for 6(extra chairs available) Pool and gardens :We have a large communal pool, baby pool & Jacuzzi just below our apartment with a lifeguard in high season. There are poolside toilet and shower facilities and ample sun beds and parasols. The mature gardens are exceptionally well maintained. When you want a change of scenery, you can head over to the pool at the complex reception which has 2 large pools, one with a shallower area for babies and toddlers graduating to a deeper area for older kids, and a quieter pool more suited to reading time! Here you can enjoy a drink from the bar by the pool or even an open air massage! Parking: There is direct lift access to a free underground allocated car parking space. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, wash basket, cleaning products. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The shower, beach, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning will be provided before and after stay. There is also a mid-week maid service if required (extra charge). Other: The penthouse boasts an exceptionally large south west facing terrace -perfect for al fresco dining and year round sun. This space also offers a great play space for children. Our children bathe in the paddling pool & have even enjoyed football there.

Lovely apartment in a great location

This is a lovely apartment in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It has everything that a family needs: kitchen area with washing machine, cooker, fridge, freezer etc. Wi-Fi and English TV (Not that we used the TV) .The rooftop terrace is a great space to enjoy an evening meal with mountain and sea views, there is even enough space to play a game bowls!

There are lots of good restaurants, bars and a selection of shops & supermarkets within walking distance. One night we booked a seafront table at the restaurant on the beach. We enjoyed our meal with the sound of waves lapping on the shore, it was a lovely evening.

The pool area is very impressive, it is immaculately clean, even the quality of the sun loungers are excellent, the best we have seen. The pool in the grounds is very large and ideal for adults or older children. If however you have small children there is another pool that can be used in the other complex, it also has a bar plus ice cream facilities.

Marbella is just a short bus journey away from the bus stop on the other side of the bridge on the main road. We had a couple of trips to Marbella as it was easy to get to and offered an alternative side to the holiday for ourselves and our older children.

I would definitely recommend the apartment and the location. We hope to return again soon.

Stunning apartment in a brilliant location

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment recently. We were met by the agent who showed us around and answered any questions we had. As per the previous review, the description and photographs are 100% accurate and the place was spotless. The photographs on the listing do not show fully the surroundings of the apartment. We were quite taken aback by the terrace and scenery. The views from the terrace of the sea and mountains out behind were unbelievable and definitely made the holiday. We even spotted the mountains of Morocco early one morning above the haze!

Our kids loved the swimming pool and facilities provided at the club and we loved the fact that the property had everything we could need (washing machine, cooker, fridge, freezer etc.). The apartment has underground parking facilities and is very close to shops and restaurants, as well as a local bus which stops about every half an hour either side of the motorway. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk down the road, though we would advise going early to get a good spot as it can get crowded in the afternoon. The apartment is obviously well loved by the owners and has a family feel to it, unlike other properties we have stayed in around Malaga and Marbella before.

The booking process is very straightforward and the owner fully answered any queries we had quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here and have booked again to stay next August. The kids are looking forward to their next visit!

Spacious, well equipped, beautiful apartment

The listing description is very accurate. We arrived to be met by the property manager with the keys. The apartment was spotless and he explained how everything worked and that he was on hand in case of any problems (there were none). The rooms were spacious and just right for 6 of us. The apartment has all that you could need for your holiday. I would recommend it to adult travellers or equally those with children. The panoramic views were beautiful. The pool was lovely. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Lots of good restaurants, bars and a selection of shops/supermarkets closeby. The short taxi ride or bus ride into Marbella old town was well worth it for a change of scenery (if you want it). The bars and nightclubs of Marbella are within easy reach. This is definitely the spot to be far enough away from the usual touristy things and relax but close enough if you want them. Highly recommended. The owners were also very easy to book with - nothing complicated. Very responsive with lots of information and all our questions answered accurately.

Special interest holidays:

Malaga and the Costa del Sol region boast a long list of Theme and Amusement Parks, ranging from adventure parks where visitors can take an up-close look at exotic and endangered species in an environment that emulates their natural habitat, to spectacular shows and events that are bound to leave the entire family breathless. You will also find a number of Sea Life parks, amusement parks, zoos and nature reserves.

Nature lovers will find a gold mine of routes to explore, with a wide choice of different trails to choose from, designed to meet the needs, tastes and interests of all. You can find cultural and sight-seeing itineraries, rural walking tours, bicycle routes and hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty and length. "Amazonian adventure" a new Obstacle course for age 3 to 93 has recently opened 5 mins away.


The penthouse is a 2 minute walk to the golden beaches of Elviria which is considered to be the best beach in Marbella – something which is no small claim for a city that boasts having some of the best beaches in Spain.

There is a restaurant right on the beach at the bottom of our street which serves great seafood all day and an ice cream kiosk. Water sports are available as are sun-beds and parasols. Swimming is very safe with lifeguards on duty. And the sunsets are unforgettable!


The Malaga International Airport is 48 km from Marbella, a 40 minute drive down the A-7/AP-7 Highway. For information call +34 952 04 84 84 / 04.

Buses run frequently between the airport and marbella, or you can take the train from the airport to fuengirola, and a bus or taxi from there.

The Gibraltar Airport is a 45 minute drive down the AP-7 going towards Algeciras - La Línea.

The area is well serviced by public bus and a local taxi rank is based 5 minute walk from the penthouse.


The penthouse is part of the Alanda Club Marbella Hotel in Elviria, one of Marbella’s most select residential neighbourhoods.

With landscaped boulevards, quick and easy access to the beach and hassle-free connections to surrounding areas, the Elviria area features an endless range of shops, restaurants and other services which are all within easy a 5 minute stroll from the penthouse. You can dine out in a different restaurant every night.

Marbella 10 mins by car.

Further Details:

You can venture out into the nearby village of Ojén or visit the cities of Fuengirola, Mijas or Puerto Banús, all of which are well worth the trip.

And of course, we are located just 30 minutes from the city of Malaga, the capital of the province and a great place to enjoy tapas or go sight-seeing to monuments and museums.

We are also just over an hour’s drive away from the beautiful town of Ronda, as well as the city of Granada, which is world famous for being home to the Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens.

The location is fantastic for families, with the complex, the beach on your doorstep and the various theme parks in the area. We have been to many of them and can highly recommend those we have visited. We leave notes with our suggestions for the local area in the apartment to benefit fully from your stay.

A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable to secure the booking. The balance is due 60 days before holiday starts.
A security deposit of £450 is also payable when the deposit is paid. This is an additional amount that is viewed as insurance in case the property incurs damage during a guest's stay. This will be subject to a full refund after full satisfactory inspection of the property following your stay.
Payments can be made directly to bank, by cheque, bankers draft or by credit card.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover date is Saturday during high season only.
Guests can arrive at accommodation after 1400 hours on the Arrival Date of holiday and we would respectfully ask that guests leave by 11.00 hours on the Departure Date to allow for cleaning.
A £100 surcharge is charged with bookings with 6 or more adults
A £150 surcharge is charged with bookings less than 7 days

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
