The Annexe at Southgate Barn is located in the heart of Snettisham, is close to all the village amenities, is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with sun patio. It has gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, lounge area with flat screen TV with Freeview & DVD player and ground floor shower room with Bristan power shower. The ground floor double bedroom and upstairs twin bedroom are finished with blackout blinds and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure a comfortable night's rest.

Notes on accommodation: Unfortunately we do not allow dogs or pets in the annexe. Smoking is not permitted in the Annexe Outside: The Annexe has a secure private garden with sun patio. It has an outdoor table and 4 chairs. There is also a secure lockable shed which is suitable for storing bikes or golf clubs. A BBQ and tools are supplied for outdoor entertaining. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and linen are supplied on a weekly basis.

Lovely accommodation which is well situated for all village amenities and local sights.

The property is delightful, a feeling of homeliness, warm and welcoming. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The local village had convenience stores and sufficient eateries if you do not want to cook. Snettisham is well placed for exploring the sights around North Norfolk.

On arrival at the annexe, we were delighted with the high quality - it is decorated and furnished exactly to our taste.

After a long journey, the home made cake was a big hit! It tasted as good as it looked!

We have stayed in several holiday cottages and this certainly stood out. It is situated in a very quiet area, ideally placed for travelling to the local places of interest. It was perfect for the two of us. The private garden is also a bonus.

Andy met us when we arrived. Lovely chap. He was only next door if we needed anything but left us to enjoy our stay.

Perfect place

We were delighted with our stay at Southgate Barn Annexe. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The owners were thoughtful enough to provide all the basics for our arrival - including a delicious cake - and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering. Situated in a quiet location but perfect for access to footpaths or buses to explore the area. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for the weekend which was great,we were greeted by Andrew who welcomed us with some milk & homemade cake.It was very peaceful in the annex & very clean,would definitely stay there again.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days is usually a Friday though we are happy to be flexible where availability allows. We do offer short mid week breaks and long weekends out of peak season.
