Farmhouse in Boscastle, Cornwall, England - Peaceful Location 20 Minute Walk To Boscastle Village

Home Farm Farmhouse is a beautifully presented holiday cottage, on a working National Trust cattle farm, just above Boscastle village. With far reaching sea views, even to Lundy Island, from the dining room and two bedrooms, as well as charming country views from all the other rooms, you will find it hard to leave this delightful holiday-home after arriving. A particular feature of Home Farm Farmhouse are the luxuriously presented four double bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. There is a level enclosed garden surrounding the house, with a raised decked seating area for enjoying the view. The Farmers live in an attached annexe and are on hand to help in any way, or if you want to explore the farm or find out about the animals. They are also opening a new deli/cafe/farm shop in Boscastle this year, for some of their own wonderful local produce and cooking. Entrance to Home Farm Farmhouse is via a large square conservatory which has comfortable leather seating.

Lovely house in a perfect location

Just back from a four day stay. The house was better than we imagined. Roomy, well equipped, spotlessly clean and fantastic views. The balance between the feel of the old farmhouse and the modern touches was just right. We felt immediately at home.

We have a bakery & many shops ,Pubs & restaurants in Boscastle & also our lovely New farm shop & cafe with abundance of Cornish produce & beef off Home farm. Booking Notes:
1.Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of tariff price, with the balance payable at least 3 weeks before the holiday commences.

2.The full amount is payable on reservations made 3 weeks or less before arrival.

3.Telephone reservations will be held for four days.

4.The cottage is available Sat to Sat from 3pm on day of your arrival to 10am on the day of your departure.
Out of season we can offer alternative days of arrival and departure. Please telephone for details.
