Notes on accommodation: If your arrival is late and you can not get any groceries, we do provide welcome pack which consists of coffee, tea, milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine. You can purchase this for € 10.00 . Fee would be payable locally to our agent Outside: The gated complex has a large heated pool with a children's section, ( children's club available during school holidays), life guard and nightly security. There are lovely tropical gardens with water fall and a pond stocked with turtles. By the pool area there is a pool table, table tennis and table football. Supermarket is on site as is a hairdresser and a car hire. There is a lovely pool bar and several restaurants with nightly entertainment. Utility Room: Corner of a terrace has clothe drying area Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning is done before and after rental. iron and ironing board is kept in the second bedroom together with cleaning equipment Other: By the entrance to 519, there are steps leading to gated sun terrace where there are 5 sun beds and water tap. Fantastic views of the mountains, golf course and the sea. The complex has tropical gardens .The more lively spots of Los Christianos are 15 min

Wonderful Property and complex

Had a wonderful 11 days in this apartment. It has 2 good size bedrooms (one with a double , the other with two single beds) , a terrace which overlooks a nice tropical green area and you have a great view of the pool.

All communications were prompt with Helena the owner which was reassuring as we had never hired a property this way before and where travelling with two special needs children so needed confidence.

The representives of the owner are based on the complex as well and were very helpful as we needed a stairgate , which they sourced from a local rental company for us and it was fitted within a few hours

There is a few restaurants on the complex and a lovely Italian just across the road as well which does great food, there is also a good supermarket below.

However if you are hiring a car I would recommend going to the Mercadona or Hiperdino as they are of course better value.

We can't thank Helena enough for allowing us to stay in her beautiful apartment and will most definatly be booking again in the future

Spacious apartment in beautiful complex

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms which makes it ideal for families or groups of friends . Extremely well equipped and the roof terrace is an extra bonus .The only problem we found was that the pool in complex was freezing its definitely not heated , however everyone staying here were so friendly and Oscar the entertainment guy was great we had a fun game of bingo on our sunbeds one afternoon.

Would highly recommend this apartment and from what we saw the area around is very up and coming and the golf courses look fabulous our husbands would have loved it .

Well equipped apartment in great position

Fairways Club is a great resort surrounded by the Amarilla golf course and just far enough away from the airport not to be overly bothered by aircraft noise. The apartment itself has a well equipped kitchen that's been recently updated and the appliances were all clean and worked well - although the instruction books for the oven, hob and washing machine seem to have gone missing it was all pretty intuitive to work out. The beds were comfortable and all linen was changed after a week of our 11 day stay. The balcony is south facing and gets the sun all day so we didn't feel the need to use the rooftop sun terrace other than to marvel at the view of Mt Teide. Fairways is a great place for kids as all entrances are gated with keycard access. It's a perfect location for us as we love walking along the shoreline to the shops and restaurants at San Blas and on to Los Abrigos for some great seafood. The bus service from Golf Del Sur seems to have declined a bit since our last visit but it was still easy to get to Los Cristianos and a day out in Santa Cruz only involved one change of bus.

There was a problem with one of the toilets when we arrived but the local rep (Steve) arranged for it to be fixed and kept us up to date with progress and it didn't impact our enjoyment of the holiday. I would certainly book this apartment again and would happily recommend it to others with the caveat that it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the number of steps up to the entrance on the second floor.

Complex has everything a family would need for a relaxing and fun holiday. The apartment was a home from home with all of the mod cons. Would recommend a stay here to any family.

Nearest beach is 5 minutes walk and the large beach is Los Christianos is 10 minutes drive away.


Complex is situated on the Costa del Silencio about 15 minutes drive from the airport in the southern part of the island. it is well positioned between the airport and the lively towns of los Christianos and play del as Americas, both being 15 minutes further along the motorway from Amarilla country club. 20 miles north is the volcano Mount Teide.


Nearest large supermarket is 1 minutes away and more restaurant are 10 minutes walk
