The villa is a modern semi detached house with a private pool on 3 floors and stunning views from its big windows and terraces. The house has air condition and WIFI. At entrance level you have one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea and mountain views. Next level downstairs you will find the large living room, a superb equipped kitchen, recently updated with steam oven and induction field and a dining area with a big table for 8 people plus a guest WC. At this level you will have 2 separate terraces. The barbecue terrace with a big table for 8 people has access to the kitchen and offers stunning views to the sea and the mountains. At pool level you will have 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the utility room with washing machine and tumbler. 1 of these bedrooms is facing the pool with sea views and mountain views. Lovely modern villa with pool and beautiful view

My wife and I recently stayed at this lovely villa in the quiet residential road above Port Soller. What is so nice is that you are only a short 15 minute walk into the Port with it's water side restaurants and bars. The villa amenities are great with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace where you can eat lunch or enjoy looking across the bay while enjoying a drink. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to return next year.

Casa Blanca

This was our third stay at the beautiful Casa Blanca. We obviously rate it very highly or we wouldn't keep returning. It is always spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The location is great as it is in a quiet residential area but only a10 minute walk into the resort. This does involve a lot of steps mind you but it is the quickest way.

The owner provides excellent customer service and is always very friendly and easy to contact.

Stylish accomadation in a fabulous location

Our second holiday at this designer villa did not disappoint our family of teenagers.

The villa itself is in a peaceful location just 4 minutes walk ( our pace!) from the beautiful bay of Port Soller, which has some amazing restaurants and a tram which runs into Soller town and Palma - both great for sightseeing and shopping .

This year we combined eating out and staying in - the villa is amazingly well equipped for holiday accomadation and the setting for outdoor dining couldn't be better. The gardens are beautifully lit and a joy in themselves , the views to the mountains and down to the bay are stunning - a great place to watch the sunset. There are supermarkets and a great butchers in the town, ( We purchased some wonderful steaks !)

The teenagers took full advantage of the water sports on offer in Port Soller and we had some great adventures - snorkelling, kayaking and scuba diving. We also took a boat to the beautiful bay of Cala Deia for lunch at the beachside restaurant. Paddleboarding around the bay is also a must !

The area is also great for walking and there are some comfortable walks from Soller to Fortunalux for example.

Port Soller is a quiet but stylish resort and if you are seeking a spot away from the crowds but with easy access to restaurants and activities this villa will provide it all.

Summer family holiday

Absolutely superb facilities. The photos don't do it justice! We shared the house between 2 families with our children sharing the large 3rd bedroom and the house still felt spacious. We all had a great time: the house is ideal for lazy days by the pool; shared meals and drinks and is a great base from which to explore. We had children aged 5-8 and the walk into Port Soller was absolutely fine. Port soller is also lovely - relatively quiet but some lovely restaurants, decent beaches and no tat!

Superb Accomadation

Casa Blanca ticks all the right boxes for super luxury quality villa in an ideal location for a perfect family ( or couple) beach holiday.

The villa is very spacious and rooms are all large, We - a family with teenagers appreciated the many different sitting and eating areas as well as the marvellous pool . We could escape with a book and a drink away from their noise if we needed !!

We loved our morning coffee in the garden,( a delight !) our sundowner in the courtyard ( perfect peace) and nightcap by the pool ( it looks fabulous with the lights on in the evening ) and of course waking up to the glorious mountain and sea views makes a holiday very special.

Casa Blanca is very well equipped for cooking and BBQ with every utensil and candle you might ever need but there are also many great restaurants within walking distance . Our kids appreciated the Bose sound systems and late night ice cream.

We were already planning a return visit before we left !

Fantastic Villa

We have spent our summer holidays in Port de Soller over the past 7-8 years, renting properties that we consider in the 'high end' of the rental market. Casablanca is certainly one of those. The property on arrival was very clean and equipped with high quality appliances. The rooms upstairs are spacious and airy and provided with good quality furniture. The 3 bedrooms are a good size and provided with comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. There are a number of outside areas where you can eat or sit somewhere quietly to read and there is a bbq which we didn't use. The pool was excellent and well maintained and this was cleaned 3 times whilst here. Its about a 5-7 minute walk to the sea front and is easily accessed by taking the steps at the end of the cul de sac. We found the owner to be extremely helpful from the initial contact and replied to any queries immediately. Overall, an excellent property and we would recommend this house without hesitation.
