This magnificent property is totally unique to Puerto Pollensa. It has all the privacy of a magnificent country house, set in 10 secluded acres yet all the modern features of a luxury villa minutes from the beaches, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. No other property compares. Pass through the electric gates, sweep down the driveway and park on a forecourt fit for 30 cars. On the south side of the house you will find a 20 metre length pool, sauna and shower house, floodlit tennis court, vineyard, plus lots of fresh fruit and vegetables to pick. The BBQ area includes a traditional Mallorquin wood burning oven for creating the local speciality suckling pig. A covered terrace and a banqueting table for 12 cab be accessed from the kitchen and the BBQ area. The house has 4 double bedrooms with space to add an extra bed or cot to accommodate up to 10. The same La Cornue kitchen as Brad Pitt " apparently" , large spacious lounge with Sky, WIFI, 3D TV, - too much to list!

Hi, as a family we invested in a number of properties in the North of Mallorca some years ago and for the past 4 years have had a great experience renting to holiday makers.

Myself, my daughter Steff and son Elliot are always around, Marcos the pool genius pops round very couple of days and Mihaela and her cleaning people are always working on the villas.

My son and daughter run Sin Embargo, an art gallery, funky bar and kitchen right in the centre of Bonaire - this is where you will collect your keys - call in and say hello even if you don't stay with us.

Why steve walsh chose Pollença District

We bought this old and delapidated house about 6 years ago as a reform project and spent over 2 years bringing it back to former glory.

The great thing is that its sits in 10 acres of private grounds so you have complete privacy from the neighbours, it is very quiet and peaceful with no traffic noise - like being in the countryside - yet in just two minutes by car you are in the centre of Port Pollensa.

You can even walk into the port - it is totally unique

Plus it has a new , floodlit tennis court and huge pool and sauna. And traditional Mallorquin outdoor oven and a vineyard, great bird life , figs, nesperos, ... the list goes on.

I live here in the winter and love it.

Booking Notes:
A 20% deposit is taken to secure the booking. We are flexible on arrival and departure dates
but insist on a 10a.m. depart time and 3.00p.m arrival time to allow maximum time for
preparation. All payments by bank transfer to our UK or Spanish bank accounts. We can also accept cash on arrival for those wary full payment in advance. Full references can be supplied from the bank, our accountants and lawyer in Port Pollensa.
