This very large property of over 900 sq metres is situated in the hamlet of Las Cañadas de Don

Ciro, close to the towns of Pinoso & Monovar, in a beautiful wine producing region of Spain. Set

amongst acres of grapevines with stunning mountain views. It´s like renting your own Private

holiday resort, just for you!!

The manor itself provides a peaceful setting for a relaxing vacation, while also providing many fun

and engaging activities for Children and Adults of all ages!

The huge 5x10 meter swimming pool, is crystal clear and ready for you to dive right in! The pool

area is walled and gated, giving you the privacy to relax in the Spanish sun, while the large shaded

Pergola is the perfect place to share a cool drink! With lots of outside seating, both in and out of the

sun, it is the perfect place to get your pool party started!

Inside, the house has 9 Large bedrooms and 8 Large Bathrooms! There are bedrooms with Double,

Single and King beds available and most bedrooms are en-suite. There are even bedrooms on the

ground floor, ideal for older family members and cots are provided for very young guests.

The huge main kitchen is fully equipped and a great place to try out some spanish cooking! In the

Private courtyard, we have 2 huge BBQ's (1 Gas and 1 Charcoal) and plenty of outdoor seating and

a shaded area.

The dining room also has plenty of seating for all guests to share a meal. This renovated bodega still

has some of its original features and adds a rustic and exclusive feel to any wine tasting experience.

Whether you're a connoisseur or just casually sampling what the local Bodegas have to offer.

With a Pool Table, Darts Board, Table Football, Games Console, extensive Movie Library, Board

games and lots of children's toys, there is plenty to keep your little ones entertained while they are

taking a break from the sun!

The quiet countryside that surrounds the Manor is a great place to take an evening stroll or for the

more keen walkers, perhaps a gentle hike and a picnic in the peaceful country is just the break you

need. Cycling routes are also in the area!

No matter your tastes you'll find plenty to do in this beautiful region of Spain.

The village & local towns have many fiestas & cultural events throughout the year.

Alicante airport is only 50 Minutes drive away!

Fancy a trip out to the Beach? No problem, only a 50 Minute drive. Also Benidorm is just over an

hour away. The beautiful Levante Beach, Great tribute acts, Theme Parks and Water Parks are all

here! Makes for a great day out, whatever your style!

For golf enthusiasts ALENDA GOLF is 35 minutes drive and ALTORREAL GOLF is 50 minutes

drive away.

Fortuna Spa Baths is approx 30 minutes drive, enjoy a day pampering yourself in the natural hot

water springs.

Feeling a little more cultural? Elche (also known as the city of palms) is 30 minutes drive and has a

beautiful municipal park and museums. Also great for shopping, it has boutique style shops and a

collection of high street names in the center. Out of town it has a shopping mall called L' Aljub, the

El Corte Ingles department store and the Salvador Artesano shoe factory.

About Susan Pile

We are the property owners Christopher & Susan, both in our mid-forties. This is our very first Summer season to rent the property in its entirety for you all to enjoy.

Chris worked as a dental surgeon in the North West of England and in 2006 we decided to move over to Spain to do a huge house renovation. We both fell in love with the property at first sight and the history of the property itself -being a formerly working bodega owned by two sisters. The original wine press we kept as a feature in the large dining bodega.

The property has its own bar perfect for enjoying a pint or trying some local wine tasting!! This also has 2 fridges and a selection of glasses. If you wish for the bar to be stocked before your arrival with beer, wine or spirits etc. please let us know. Price On Application. Welcome Packs can also be provided at an additional cost. Just let us have your grocery shopping list before you arrive and we can have this conveniently waiting for you!! We also provide a pool cleaning service a few times a week free of charge. We have staff available should you wish for additional cleaning services, baby sitting services or catering services during your stay at an extra charge.

60th birthday at grapevine manor

Just back from a weeks holiday at grapevine manor. We rented the whole villa for a 60th birthday party with 12 friends. Everyone was delighted and impressed by the property and the owners, Sue & Chris. The whole villa was clean and very nicely furnished. The kitchen was fabulous and we spent a lot of time here socialising; it was very well equipped. The pool was v.clean and there were more than enough sun beds for all. There are plenty of eating areas inside and out and plenty of shady areas if required. The local town of PInosa was approx 10mins away and was lovely - it had everything we needed for our stay and more, supermarkets,bars shops and and the local wine is very cheap:). The owners Sue & Chris were very nice and regularly called in to see if we needed anything. We would definitely go back and have already recommended grapevine manor to friends and family. Fabulous time and place.

ENJOY GREAT DAYS OUT IN BENIDORM FOR THE FAMILY at theme parks mundomar/aqualandia/terranatura/terramitica. Elda & Petrer lie to the east just off the A31 Madrid motorway. The town boundaries are conjoined, making it difficult to figure out which town you are in half the time! Elda has a large shopping centers and retail parks. Much of the town is architecturally diverse, and its narrow streets hide some very interesting buildings. Elda is a city located in the province of Alicante, Spain. As of 2009, it has a total population of 55,618 inhabitants, ranking as the 7th most populous city in the province. The river Vinalopó flows through the urban area of Elda. Tourist sites include the Footwear Museum, the Archaeological Museum, the Torre del Homenaje del castillo (a tower dating from the 12th century), Castelar Square, Count of Coloma Palace, the Town Hall and the church of Santa Ana. It also celebrates the important festival of Moors & Christians.


The lovely white sandy beaches are all within an hours drive.


Car hire is recommended to explore this beautiful inland region.

The nearest airport is Alicante - El Altet which is a 50 minute drive.

Murcia airport is approx. 1 hr 15 mins drive.

In a fertile valley surrounded by vineyards is the town of Pinoso, It is a town that has a history of wealth. Fantastic wines and abundant harvests and also because of the Marble Mountain which helped this area to prosper and thrive. Moreover Pinoso has a wealth of history and tradition. The Fiestas are wonderful to see and also to be a part of. Pinoso is a friendly town where the lovely lanes and backstreets can be explored on foot.

There are many great bars and restaurants to enjoy. Pinoso has a modern, well equipped Medical Centre, and there are hospitals in all of the major cities. Most villages have a clinic where medicines are also dispensed.

Being surrounded by mountains with plenty of parks and walks makes the region ideal for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. From cycling to horse-riding, the region has it all.

There are many bars and restaurants offering a wide variety of food and drink from all over the world - both run by Spanish and foreign owners.

The history of Pinoso stretches back to the times of the Iberians and the area was later settled by the Romans and then the Moors during the Arab occupation of Spain.

After the Christian re-conquest, Pinoso was annexed by Aragon and was joined with the town of Monovar until it gained its independence in 1826.

The parish church of Pinoso was elected in honour of the Apostle Saint Peter in 1743.

Pinoso is renowned for the production of fine wines, rock salt and marble. Pinoso has a population of 7,442 (2007 census) and a municipal area of 126 km2.

The Pinoso Bodega Co-Operative has a storage capacity of some 14,000,000 litres of wine, and sells to the general public at very good prices. The wines are good, and typical of the region.

In February [on the closest Saturday to the 12th], the 'Día del Villazgo' fair is held to commemorate Pinoso's independence as a Municipality.

Perhaps the best of all festivals is celebrated in August, a week not to be missed!

Please note a €500 returnable deposit for any damaged incurred is also required with the balance. This will be refunded 7 days after your departure date.
