This stunning large and luxurious 2 double bedroom apartment is set in an enormous 9 acre tropical garden, which boasts 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts. With mountain and garden views from one side, and panoramic sea views from the other, this unique peaceful location is just 5 minutes drive east of Marbella itself. With a very large living/dining room, lovely bedrooms, and a choice of two terraces on which to dine, this apartment has it all. Specified as a home, rather than a rental property, the flat oozes quality and charm. The enormous 6 acre garden is exceptionally generous for this area, and has a very large (Olympic size+) pool, as well as a small lap pool. as well as two hard tennis courts. The beautifully maintained garden also has a boules pitch, and a small children's play area. We do not allow smoking in this apartment.

About Paul Abadjian

We have two apartments in Marbella. at La Mairena (S24133) and at Torre Real (S24782). They are both owned by Paul and Jane Abadjian, who are brother and sister. Both have been furnished and specified as homes, not merely as places to rent out, so the fixtures and fittings tend to be quite stylish and luxurious.

Paul lives in west Dorset with wife Fiona, two dogs and a small herd of Alpacas! They also offer a part of this property for holiday lets (Alpaca Cottage E 15146) Paul has enjoyed collecting classic Jaguars for more years than he cares to remember, and he and Fiona have enjoyed driving them in Russia, Argentina, Australia and Tasmania.

It offers an unmatched combination of space, luxury and convenience, being close to the beach, and a couple of minutes drive into Marbella. The grounds are stunning and on a different scale when compared to typical urbanisations in the Marbella area.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: This apartment has been furnished as a home, and is therefore much better specified than the typical rental apartment. It is also at least one third larger than a typical two double bedroom Costa del Sol apartment. There are superb mountain, garden or seaviews from each room. Outside: What makes this location outstanding is the extraordinary 6 acre garden in which it is set. Tended by no less than 5 full-time gardeners, it is a rare treat just to walk around. The main pool is huge (Olympic +) , and perfectly maintained. In addition to this, there is a second smaller lap pool just by it. The garden also has two hard tennis courts, and two paddle tennis courts, a boules pitch, and a swing area for children. There is also a communal barbecue area. This is all just 5 minutes outside Marbella, and less than 5 minutes easy walk to the beach. Utility Room: Semi-outside location for clothes drying and storage of beach equipment etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and beach towels included. Interim laundry changing and cleaning possible by separate arrangement.

Beautiful Apartment - perfect holiday!

I had a brilliant week in Pauls apartment with my husband and baby. The apartment is even better than the pictures. There is so much space and the bedrooms are separated from living areas by a long corridor so great for the baby sleeping away from noise. The two balconys are a treat, we ate overlooking the pool and had drinks overlooking the sea and sunset. The pool is massive and so quiet, we were the only people around it on several occasions. The location is great, we found an amazing indian restaurant and steak house in Elviria which is a few minutes drive away. We went on a boat trip and had a great day in Puerta banus too which is a 15 minute drive away. Added bonus is massive shopping mall - La Canada just up the road too where we did our food shopping and spent time wandering around the many shops. Paul is great at communicating and Penny who met us there was very helpful throughout, providing taxi numbers etc. Highly recommended! Thanks for a great holiday!

We had a fantastic 3 week stay in this beautifully decorated and furnished apartment which is set in a gated development. Within the extensive mature gardens are 2 swimming pools and a tennis court.

Beach towels and tennis rackets are provided.

The property has great views from its front and rear balconies one overlooking the sea and one overlooking the gardens and swimming pools.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from the flat and situated along the sandy beach are numerous restaurants and bars.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and we will definately be returning again.

I would highly recommend this property.

I would certainly recommend this property. It is well maintained with a lovely decor and very spacious. It has all the amenities that one could want. A well equipped ktchen, a fabulous swimming pool and gardens with lovely views from both balconies, front and back. There is night time security on this gated community so one feels completely safe at all times. Just a few minutes drive from Marbella itself it offers a relaxing holiday with access to Marbella night life it wanted. I will definitely visit again!

Lovely Spanish apartment

Lovely spacious apartment - plenty of space for 4 people. Well furnished and decorated and great access ( via car ) to numerous beaches and towns to visit east and west.

Pools clean and not too crowded and recommended restaurants superb.

Torre Real, Marbella

We had an excellent stay at Torre Real. The apartment is large and spacious with fantastic views. The pools were lovely, clean and big. Only five minutes drive to Marbella and a five minute walk to the beach, great location. A very relaxing holiday would definitely go again.

A Gracious Apartment

We stayed for a late October break in this lovely apartment with plenty of room to swing a lion, never mind a cat. two terraces for morning and afternoon and a super swimming pool which only once had someone else use it at the same time!

The apartment was huge for two but would still be huge for four. Beach/pool towels were provided which saved on kuggage.A useful guide was sent to us before the start of the holiday.

Everything we needed was on hand, the location is only a few minutes from the centre of town (though a car is a must to really enjoy the area.

The highlight for me was a trip to the beautiful town of Ronda.

Would I change anything? If hones I prefer a double bed to twins but that is my only small criticism

Marbella is unusual in that it is an attractive and vibrant medium size town, with a myriad of facilities and attractions, which are open all the year round. The area is a haven for paiters and 'foodies', as well as boasting every type of outdoor activity. It is also rich in culture and history-from the old town of Marbella itself, sitting within walls dating back to the 9th Century, and with its labyrinthine cobbled streets and alleyways, to nearby Ronda, Seville and Granada. Whatever your interests, sporting or cultural, it is available 12 months a year in this part of Southern Spain.

Coast/Beach:

Less than 5 minutes walk takes you to the extensive sandy beach which runs for miles along this coast. You can even walk into Marbella along the beach from here. The uber-stylish Trocadero beach restaurant is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and there is a good choice of other beach restaurants just a little further along from this.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Malaga (40 minutes drive). The next nearest is Gibraltar (about 90 minutes approx) Whilst not essential, a hire car from the airport will enhance your enjoyment of this location.

Distances:

Marbella is 3 kms away. Ronda is around 40 minutes drive away. Seville and Granada may be visited on a day-trip basis.

Further Details:

Marbella has as many facilities for both pleasure and convenience as any holiday spot in the world, and the fact that the southerly location and good weather allows them to remain open 12 months a year makes this a great choice both in and out of season.
