House in Lavenham, Suffolk, England - In The Heart Of The Village With Lots Of Restaurants, Shops And Pleasant Walks

Connie's Cottage is newly renovated and is situated on the high street. Downstairs it has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a cloakroom. It has central heating and a wood burner. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed. There is a modern bathroom with shower. Outside there is a private courtyard with garden furniture which is ideal for summer dining. There is a private parking place behind the property. The cottage is available for 7 night stays and longer - and it is also available for short breaks (either 3 or 4 nights). I am flexible on hand-over days. Please enquire for all my prices.

Outside: There is a private courtyard garden with a large table and 6 chairs. It is secluded and has easy access from the kitchen through double french doors. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The towels and linen are included. There is always a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, chocolates and a bottle of wine. There is also always someone on hand to help with anything else that you may require.

Changeover day is normally Saturday, but this is flexible, depending on other bookings.

Notes on prices:
The prices range from £400 to £600 per week.
Short breaks are also available for 3/4 nights and the prices range from £300 to £450.
