Lovely spacious apartment, well equipped, good location.

The apartment was lovely. In very good condition. Well equipped kitchen. Pool and surrounding area good and all very clean.

The location was perfect for us. Can walk to the beach, can walk to restaurants and bars, 5 min drive to ferry for Gozo.

10 days in glorious Malta 2016

We rented a very spacious apartment on a beautiful complex in Mellieha Malta, It had everything that you could ask for and more what could you do with 5 balconies anyway, the main bedroom is like a suite, easy walking distance to all the nightlife you could want, fantastic selection of bars and restaurants, beaches are amazing, I would definitely recommend this property.

Great apartment - good location

Spacious, modern and comfortable apartment, situated in a lovely quiet and clean complex. Great views over Mellieha Bay - appreciated the 5 balconies!

Enjoyed Mellieha location -nice town on hill, plenty of eating out choices in town as well as within 5 minute walking distance in bay. Good base to explore Malta (car/bus) , as well as close to ferry hops to Gozo and Comino.

Excellent communication with owner, Jon and local representative, Martin - both extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful appartment

We have stayed in this appartment for fourteen days with our daughter and her boyfriend. Every summer we go south and we have been in a lot of different countries and places. This appartment is absolutely one if the best. There is everything you need to make your holiday comfortable and there is a marvelous view over Mellieha Bay from all the rooms and from the five balconies. The area around and in Tas Sellum is very nice and quiet. We can highly recommend this appartment.

Super apartment

All correspondence between the owner and myself were clear and professional from the outset. Our flight was delayed by six hours and Martin, the representative, was thoroughly pleasant at 5 in the morning. He was also entirely helpful when we managed to lock ourselves out on New Year's Eve and came straight round as he lives nearby.

The apartment is lovely and spacious, larger than it looks on the photographs which is unusual and has terrific views over the ocean which is a short 5 minute walk away. The pools were clean and the areas quiet. We liked Mellieha a great deal.

I'd recommend and would like to thank Martin and the owner.

The complex has open sea views. You are within a short walk of the longest, sandiest beach in Malta Ghadira Bay (also known as Mellieha Bay).


The apartment is approximately 40 minutes drive from the island's airport at Luqa. The apartment can be reached by bus, taxi or hire car. A very good bus service operates around the island as well as a hop-on-hop-off sightseeing service.

The village of Mellieha, 1km away, offers all facilities, including banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and local shops.

Nearby there is a full range of water sports: water skiing, sailing, wind surfing, snorkelling and excellent scuba diving. The sandy beach is ideal for children with a long gradual decline. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.

Boat trips run to various locations around the Island with a trip to the Blue Lagoon a favourite to experience a swim or snorkel in the crystal clear waters

Malta has a wealth of history. The historic capital of Valletta is a fortified city with impressive defensive walls and fortifications. Closer Mdina is renowned for its famous glass, it is perched high up on a rocky outcrop with spectacular views with many museums and a beautiful cathedral to explore, either on foot or by taking a horse drawn carriage down the narrow streets.

Electricity (including air condition) is free to the value of £65 (240units) per week during July and August and to the value of £40 (160units) per week during the rest of the year. In the event that usage exceeds these amounts, it will be charged at £0.25 per unit (1khw). Meter readings will be taken upon arrival/departure.
