Lovely, comfortable, well-situated appartment.

This is a lovely, clean, spacious and well-situated appartment. We have just spent a very pleasant week here. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The south-facing balcony is lovely. You can spend all day enjoying the sun and view from there. Alternatively hop into the lift down to the clean well tended pool area for a dip. The wifi and excellent TV service was a bonus as my husband was recuperating after an operation and couldn't go into the sun.

Lagos old town is very charming and only about 15 minutes walk away. There is a lovely beach about 20 mins walk away. The marina area is nice and lively. Plenty of great restaurants in all the areas.

Tracey and Adrian, the managers were super. Always on hand and any problems were dealt with really quickly.

I thoroughly recommend this apartment and Lagos. We will definitely go back.

Ssh, don't tell anyone! A fantastic apartment.

This was our second time staying at this apartment and it was just as great as the first time. The balcony gets the sun the whole day so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment has got all you need (apart from a dishwasher but we manage!) The wifi is a great bonus. The pool area is well looked after and building well maintained. The complex is in walking distance to the beach and town. The marina is just beautiful, with fabulous places to eat and drink.

Tracey and Adrian at Algarve Estate Management are fantastic, nothing is a problem and they are 'on hand' if you have any questions. They brought us a camp bed at very short notice and even sent back a forgotten bag, a really friendly and professional service.

As I said, keep this apartment a secret....it's far too amazing! 😊

Travel:

The complex is located 77km from Faro airport and is served by an excellent motorway. Journey time is approximately 45 minutes and a taxi will cost in the region of 80 Euros. For parties larger than four people, alternative travel arrangements can be made easily. Please ask for details when making a booking.

Distances:

The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the bus and train station where transport can be found to all of the many attractions of the Algarve, including the water parks, Zoo Marine, Zoo, Algarve shopping centre, Cape St. Vincent etc. Shops, supermarkets, bars. restaurants and the waterfront are 5 mins (or less) walk away.   • Notes on accommodation: The apartment is fully air-conditioned with an excellent heating system if required and wireless internet. This very well appointed apartment offers accommodation rarely found at this price level. Representatives from Algarve Estate Management will greet you on your arrival and are contactable throughout your stay should you require any assistance. Inside the apartment you will find a welcome folder and other useful information. Please feel free to add your own tips and recommendations. The apartment is fitted with video entry phone and front door viewer for your convenience. It also has a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit The Marina complex provide 24 hour security. Airport transfers, and car hire can be arranged, please ask for details. Outside: The lounge opens onto a large balcony which overlooks the Pool, Gardens & Marina. There is a dining table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. The apartment and balcony get the sun from first thing in the morning, making it ideal for private bathing on two very comfortable sunbeds. There is a large pool and a children’s pool as well as beautifully maintained garden areas. This is free exclusively to the residents of the gated condominium area called 'Dom Manuel'. By the pools sun loungers + table/chairs are provided free of charge. Also on the Marina complex there is a children’s play area with swings, slide etc. and bumper cars and boats.
