Set within the grounds of the popular Carus Green Golf Club are the beautifully presented townhouse & cottage accommodation. There are spacious & luxurious 3 storey townhouses offering a large group of family or friends an ideal base for a trip to the Lake District & the market town of Kendal. Each house has 4 bedrooms with either an en-suite shower of bathroom. Each have a large spacious living room with huge sofa & 50'' flat screen TV. They have fully fitted kitchens and an open plan dining room that open out onto a small balcony.

Our recently acquired 'Cottage' is a renovated barn conversion that we have stylishly decorated to ensure comfort & cosiness for a group of friends or family. there are 2 double (1 can be a twin) bedrooms with en-suite shower room and a single bedroom with a family bathroom across the hallway. There is a sunny kitchen/dining room with oven, hob, dishwasher & washing machine. Free private parking. On-site there is a bar & restaurant located within the clubhouse building, open to the public and offering a menu throughout the day (please check our opening times on our website) guests can enjoy a reduced green fee to the recently upgraded, stunning golf course as well as enjoy the welcoming award winning contemporary styled Clubhouse, 18 bay driving range, state of the art golf simulator & newly built Gary Wolstenholme Golf Academy there really is no better place to enjoy a golfing break. There are complimentary passes to the leisure facilities, including swimming pool, at a local hotel. We also can offer the keen fisherman up to 2 rods on the river flowing through the golf course only minutes away from the property's front door.

7star accomodation!!

I visited lake district last week with my friend family, I arrived first and immediately phoned my friend who was still on the way that this is a 7 star accommodation:

Four double bed room and all on-suite rooms, high quality clear and new towels, high quality bed linings, fantastic modern decoration all around the property. The property is actually three storage building, two bedrooms on ground floor, 2 bed rooms on second floor, the entire first floor is huge lounge and a large luxury modern kitchen with stylish furniture and a balcony lead to back garden.

While we were drinking and eating, children are all playing in the lounge area which is great family atmosphere. The property is only 15 minutes’ drive to lake Windermere, wonderful place to rest after a exhaust day out in the lakes and mountains.

Great view from the lounge and we often come out after dinner and practice an hour golf with children, everyone enjoyed it.

This property worth much more than they charged for.

This property is absolutely stunning! worth 5 stars and more! Gorgeous decor, spacious rooms. The whole complex is fabulous! The food in the Lounge Bar is top notch, the staff can't do enough for you and the golf course is challenging and in fantastic condition! Well worth a visit, we shall be returning very soon!
