Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge and master bedroom with patio doors opening onto large sunny terrace with magnificent views from Santa Ponsa beach on the left, to distant mountains and over the golf course to the right. The complex has beautiful pathways and gardens and 2 communal pools, 1 adult and 1 with children's section and a generous sunbathing area.

Notes on accommodation: Meet and greet on arrival. Due to it's elevated position, the apartment is unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. Outside: Panoramic views from Santa Ponsa beach, the distant mountains, the golf course and over towards Palma Nova/Magaluf/Palma. Utility Room: Laundry room with boiler, washing machine, iron/ironing board, and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be cleaned prior to arrival. All linen and towels are included and will be changed on a weekly basis. No beach towels provided. Meet and greet on arrival. Other: Large private terrace with amazing panoramic views, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 seater settee and coffee table, and 2 individual chairs.

Great apartment with plenty of room

Great apartment, with stunning views, plenty of shade on balcony, or should I say terrace! you may think that is a negative but with the heat there it is a plus !! The place was clean and Kay was there to meet and greet us. I would recommend the place to friends and family, all in all a fabulous place to stay, Thank you Tony and Helen

Lovely apartment

Have stayed in Kings Park before but this was our favourite apartment. Very clean, comfortable and spacious with lots of wardrobe/cupboard/drawer space, even with four of us it stayed tidy! Ideal having 2 bathrooms when 4 people staying. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. The balcony and views are amazing. We made full use of all the different seating depending on where the sun was through the day. Would definitely recommend Kings Park and this apartment.

Excellent location with beautiful views

Great apartment - two bathrooms very handy for a family of four. Well laid out and we were never under each others feet. Large balcony with amazing views of Santa Ponsa, the sea and the mountains. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Plenty of fans provided and secure bars fitted so could have windows open. Complex very friendly and felt very safe with locked gates. Two great pools to choose from, one very near the apartment. Santa Ponsa is a lovely town - very accessible from the apartment. Don't worry about the climb back up - it's good exercise and you're rewarded with the fantastic view!

Loved this destnation

What a fabulous apartment, spacious and adequatly equipped. A very well kept complex which felt very safe and was quiet and relaxing. We could always find sunbeds round the pools and the atmosphere was very friendly. Travelling with two teenagers Santa Ponsa was perfect for us, the beech was five mins walk with a great selection of shops and restaurants. Bus transport was excellent from Santa Ponsa with easy access to Palma, Portals Nous and Palma Nova - we were spoilt for choice. The Hill which has been mentioned does require a little effort on the way back up but it was worth the climb with fantastic panoramic views on the terrace, we enjoyed supper most evenings overlooking the bay, although a taxi from the front is only 3 euros. Tony Helen and kay are great to deal with, communication is fast and accurate. I would have no hesitate recomending this apartment. We all loved our time here, it was a happy holiday for us.

Perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday

We knew we had made the right choice with this apartment as soon as we entered.It is very spacious,well equipped and in an enviable position in the complex with views of both countryside and beach.There are two pools on the site,the larger of the two more suitable for children and we never had a problem finding spare sun beds .It was a five minute walk down to the fantastic beach passing a small Spar on the way and there is a large Eroski supermarket 10 minutes walk from the beach if required.There is a lovely atmosphere in Santa Ponsa and there was a Folk festival and fair on during our stay which the locals and visitors alike enjoyed.

The walk back up the hill to the apartment has been mentioned in other reviews but if you take the right route it is only the last hundred yards that is quite steep which my wife and I (both pushing 70)found manageable and a small price to pay for sipping that cold beer on the beautiful balcony when you get back.

The whole complex feels very safe and secure and maintained to a high standard,and I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment in Santa Ponsa!

Nice apartment

Nice complex. Plenty room for 4.Well equipped.

Loved the pool area not too crowded with plenty of sunbeds.

Hill is a bit of a killer but why kill yourselves get a taxi.

5 mins stroll into town(downhill remember)

Large balcony with great views.

Tony and Helen were an absolute pleasure to deal with and excellent with communication and no surprise that it is fully rented out all summer.

7/8 minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars and variety of restaurants. Italian, Chinese, Indian, American Diner, Spanish and English.


Palma airport is approx 25k distant, which takes about 25 minutes by taxi, a bus service is available but takes longer, or a transfer through your travel operator may be best.

There is an excellent taxi service in the centre of Santa Ponsa only 10 minutes from the apartment.


At time of writing, Taxi to Palma is 22 euros, or take the local bus for a few euros (very cheap). Taxis to Palma Nova, Magaluf, or Paguera 9 euros.

Further Details:

There are numerous bars and restaurants within 10 minutes of the apartment, well stocked supermarkets, takeaways and gift shops. Santa Ponsa has something for everyone, a lovely beach with it's wooded area backdrop alive with the local parrots, popular themed bars, disco sounds, Spanish bars, it also has it's quiet and peaceful areas.
