Penhallow has just undergone complete refurbishment and has been decorated to a high standard. The flat comprises of a large lounge/diner which also has two single futons and freeview TV - this opens into a well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. From the hall, you reach the double bedroom which in turn leads into the bathroom which has a shower over the 'P' shaped bath. Penhallow also has its own private courtyard, which is accessed from the bedroom, and has built in seating (smoking area) and also a washing line and cold tap, handy for rinsing wet suits and body boards etc!

Our first stay in st ives and can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have ever had.Idealy located just a very short walk to the centre of st ives but very quiet at night in penhallow.The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you could want there and we would highly recommend staying there.

Great location for St Ives Centre

Penhallow in Bedford Street- a great location for St Ives Town Centre and a short walk to the harbour. Central for shops galleries and restaurants. A slight hill to walk back from the town but manageable for us 60+

We parked in Barnoon which is just above The Tate and a steep hill down to Bedford Road. You can load/unload outside the house but double yellow lines prevent prolonged parking. Excellent facilities and a small courtyard to sit in. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable lounge with bay window. Bathroom accessed through the double bedroom. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely stay

This was our first time in St Ives and Cornwall, we couldn't have asked for a nicer place. The apartment is immaculate and very spacious. All appeared to be brand new with everything provided including linen. There was 4 of us staying so 2 stayed in the bedroom and 2 on the futons, this was a comfortable set up without feeling cramped. We didn't realise how much hustle and bustle there is in St Ives (great atmosphere) so the location of the apartment is perfect - it is situated only a minute walk to the centre of town but the road itself is actually quiet and peaceful. You are a short walk away from all the busy streets but also have the benefit of no noise! Would love to come back and would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
