Welcome to our beautiful apartment, which has been recently renovated. It boasts an excellent location at the top of the High Street, opposite the entrance into the marina, in close proximity to the shops, restaurants and bars. Its location makes it ideal for crews and family holidays in West Cowes, being easily accessible on foot from the high speed ferry. Spacious, with stunning views across the Solent from the main living area, it can easily sleep six making it equally suitable for a weeks holiday, weekend getaway, or cosy Christmas and New Year break retreat. It has two bedrooms and modern bathroom. All linen, towels and a maid service (on leaving) are included to make your stay as easy as possible. The flat has wireless broadband and a fully equipped newly fitted kitchen. The living area has an LCD 40 inch smart TV with DVD and YouView box. A telescope is also available to view the passing boats from the lounge window. With gas central heating for the cooler months, you're assured of total home-from-home comfort.

About the Owner
We purchased the apartment as our Island retreat. Unfortunately, we are unable to spend as much time on the Island as we would like and have therefore decided that we should rent the apartment when we're not using it. The apartment is furnished and equipped as our home and not as a holiday let, which we're sure you will agree when you stay in our beautiful home.

Fantastic seaside apartment in the heart of Cowes
My family stayed in this apartment while visiting Cowes and the apartment turned out to be perfect. Very well equipped in a fantastic location. The owners were very helpful during the booking process and throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
Beautiful flat in a great location
We stayed here for a week over the IoW Festival period. Close to the Redjet, stylishly decorated and brand new high spec kitchen. Was great and would thoroughly recommend!
well appointed apartment in great location
A very nice spacious property with good views out over the solent. Every conceivable utensil you could possibly need in the kitchen was available. The master bedroom is spacious though lacked a wardrobe, however there is hanging cupboard in the hallway. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size bunks which our 2 young kids enjoyed but it does share the room with the laundry and boiler, but this wasn't a problem. I would recommend this property as it is well furnished, maintained and in a great location.

Very good Cutomer Service. Perfect location in Cowes, close to all amenenities, very clean, very tidy and very comfortable - would definitely recommend and look to stay again.
Central location, ideal property
Very helpful owner. We had lovely stay in the flat. Six adults in total so we used the sofa bed in the lounge. We were all very comfortable, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Thank you x
This apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully presented. The location was fantastic. All amenities within a short walk. Views could not be better. From the side windows you can people watch and see the hustle and bustle of activity in the Main Street. The front window was absolutely ideal for watching the shipping and yachting to and from Southampton waters. Seeing the cruise ships and cargo ships at such a close proximity - we were almost reluctant to leave the apartment and explore the island. We definitely want to return.

Being on the edge of the town centre makes it an ideal base to explore the town and its facilities and the rest of the island with no where more than a 30 minute drive by car.”

A 10 minute walk to the shingle beach through the town along the Esplanade, or 20 to 30 minutes in a car to the sandy beaches of Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor.
Ferry services from Southampton to East Cowes by Red Funnel and the apartment is only 2 minutes away in West Cowes via the chain ferry (known locally as the “floating bridge”).
Portsmouth to Fishbourne and Lymington to Yarmouth via Wight Link.
Short 23 minute journey by RedJet catamaran from Southampton to West Cowes and an easy 5 minute stroll to the apartment up the High Street.

Once you have made a provisional booking we will send you a contract to sign and return together with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Your booking will be held for 5 days and is not confirmed until we have received the deposit and funds have cleared.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with a returnable security deposit of £250; this is returned once we have confirmation that: there is no damage; keys have been returned and no unreasonable additional cleaning is needed.
In high season changeover day is usually Saturday but we will be flexible if we can. Mid and low season changeover days are negotiable. Vacate apartment by 10am and admittance is from 3pm
Notes on prices:
Short breaks, if available are charged at 1/5th (per day) of the weekly price during the quiet months but not during the school holidays. Please contact us for details.
Deposits of £250 are taken to confirm booking. Full payment to be made 8 weeks prior to stay.
