Spacious 2 bedroom apartment can sleep 5 with fold away bed. All main rooms are air conditioned. Lounge, dining area, kitchen, utility area, ground floor garden terrace, sun roof with BBQ and balcony overlooking the pool great for keeping an eye on the kids. Access to the pool is via locked gate providing secure environment. The location is fantastic for local restaurants, beaches, golf courses and the shop till you drop new shopping mall "La Zenia Boulevard" the largest shopping mall in Alicante province.

Fantastic Apartment

This is a fantastic apartment which is very clean and bright with excellent facilities and in a good location. There are both ground level and roof terraces which are very well presented. The communal pool is very well looked after with ample space to available to sunbath.

The Villa Martin Plaza is a 15 minute walk which offers an excellent selection of restaurants and bars.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic apartment Sandra which I have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment, very clean with everything you could need. Communal pool area lovely and never busy. Sandra was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions. Thoroughly recommend this apartment.

lovely apartment good location

just returned after 2 weeks ..the apartment is great with a large roof terrace with barbecue it has all you need and would definitely return the plaza is perfect for a night out we had 2 teenagers with us and they really enjoyed it

Beautiful appartment

The apartment is beautiful, really nicely furnished. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen has everything that you could need, and the BBQ on the terrace is great. The pictures just don't do it justice!! Would certainly go back.

Wonderful Apartment

We stayed here with our two children aged 12 and 16 last August and as soon as we got back we booked for this year. The apartment is lovely with a large solarium and bbq with views directly over the pool.

We always hire a car but this is definitely not essential as Villa Martin Plaza is about 15 min walk where there are lots of restaurants and bars (many with free Wi-Fi for the kids!!!) .

All in all a fabulous apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and we can't wait to return in August.

Booking Notes:
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the final balance paid 6 weeks before departure. A £100 breakage deposit is required which will be refunded by us after inspection by our management company within 2 weeks and upon return of apartment keys. Any breakages reported will be deducted at cost from the deposit.
Cancellation refunds/charges:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks – 50% refunded/charged.
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks – no refund.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. We do ask that you vacate the property by 12 noon unless prior agreement is made at time of booking.

Notes on prices:
Price is inclusive of departure clean for up to 4 people however an additional charge of £20 will be applicable for more than 4 guests. Guests are reminded to take their own beach towels. Any additional bank charges for international bank transactions incurred may be charged. The Owner has the right to cancel bookings if there is a problem with the apartment/booking/no payment with a valid reason given and with reasonable notice. Short breaks welcome.. Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am although we always attempt to accommodate all guests flight times as best as we can.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is situated within a gated community therefore very secure and although the pool is shared it restricted to those within the complex. A hair dryer is provided Outside: The terrace garden is mainly tiled and provided with garden furniture consisting a table, four chairs, parasol and two loungers. The balcony has a small table and two wicker chairs. The sun terrace has identical furniture to the garden but in addition there is a traditional BBQ, lighting and power points for the portable fridge and CD player Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, portable fridge mops, brooms and BBQ items will all be found here Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and bath towels are provided, however, guests must provide their own beach towels. During the winter months, duvets are provided in both bedrooms. The apartment will be cleaned upon departure (rental price inclusive of departure clean).
