About the property

Cottage in Waen Nr. Ruthin Area, North Wales - Horse Friendly, Cottage Holidays

Recently refurbished, forestry workers cottage, within small close, situated in open countryside in the heart of the Vale of Clwyd. The cottage is one mile form the historic market-town St. Asaph, which is roughly a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.This three bedroom cottage sleeps up to 6, and has all the necessaries such as oil-central-heating, log stove, range cooker, broadband & free-view television. The patio area & garden to the rear of the property sports recliners, a table and chairs as well as open access via the gate to the surrounding fields. The fields slope down towards the river banks and makes for a lovely walk. The property is available for Weeks, Weekends and Short Breaks. We do not find the property suitable for house-pets but we do have stabling and straw-bedding available for horses at our home property which is just a stroll down the road from the cottage.
