Great apartment in a fantastic location
About the Owner
Mary & I live in Ireland and have 2 adult children. Both of us work full time but eagerly look forward to spending All of our holidays in our very spacious apartment in Spain.
We enjoy the friendly atmosphere found in the locality and at this stage are on 1st name terms with many of the people with whom we interact while there.
Mary is particularly house proud. Each time we visit, as proven by the ever reducing size of our wallet!, there is an "essential" added to the furnishings or other improvements made to facilitate our guests comfort
Initially we did not intend renting. Once we saw the ongoing costs of Community fees, rates and taxes etc we quickly realized it would be necessary to rent in order to maintain and retain the property to the high standards that we all demand.

Fully equiped, spacious accomodation, wonderful pool
We (family with 2 boys age 6 and 3) stayed for a week in May. Please do not be put off by the more traditional décor. The apartments offers everything you need and more. It was spotless on our arrival. Spaciously laid out. Kitchen has an abundance of crockery and cooking pots etc. so you are not having to wash after each meal. The Weber BBQ was fantastic! The washing machine looked brand new. The outdoor furniture ever so comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed the lazy boys. The swimming pool is brilliant if you have little ones who are not strong swimmers - there are no stairs so they are able to walk in and out and build their own confidence without you having to jump up every 5 minutes. The beach is a 10 minute walk with little ones. Our only gripe was the lack of internet (my husband still works on holidays) but this was being sorted out the week after we left. The local contact popped in to make sure we had settled in and very helpful with local information.

Great apartment in a fantastic location
Spacious large ,clean apartment ,which was very comfortable with electric reclining leather sofas flat screen TV with Sky TV and British channels and wifi a must for our 16 year old son .The aircon was a much appreciated during the current heat wave ,although only needed it for a few hours at night as the apartment is very cool and airy .the large terrace and private garden was very enjoyable .The complex and gardens were beautifully maintained as were the 2 pools and plenty of sun beds . Excellent restaurants in cancelada only a 10 minute walk away .marbella only 10 mins away by car as is Estepona with its cobbled streets and great beach front . Dave the owner was very helpful and accommodating . We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it . We hope to return again .
Just had two fantastic weeks in Park Beach with my boys, who are aged 12 and 14. The facilities at Park Beach are superb, spacious luxury apartment, beautifully maintained gardens and walk in pools suitable for all ages with a life guard on standby till 7pm during the peak season. The apartment is superbly appointed, with all the facilities you need including satellite tv, air con, dish washer and washer dryer etc to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My boys made friends with loads of other children staying there from all over Europe and it was hard to drag them away from the pool for day trips to the numerous nearby attractions. Nearby there is a varied selection of restaurants to cater for every taste and budget and we will definitely be going back again as this was our 3rd time at this apartment. This is luxury and relaxation that cannot be matched by high st travel agents and the owner, Dave, could not be more helpful in making the booking process as straightforward as possible. A car is essential for the holiday and we visited Selwo Safari Park, 5 mins away with great interaction with Monkeys and a cool zip wire ride to finish off (optional)! We also visited their marine park and the Mijas water park as part of a deal you can buy which I think works out a bit cheaper but all good value. I brought my Sat nav which helped alot on a couple of trips and if you are a first timer I would recommend it to get from the airport to the apartment.
This is a fantastic property and one that I cannot recommend enough.
The apartment itself is really spacious, with a fantastic and large sitting room, which leads directly onto the large terrace and back garden.
This place has it's own private garden, which is fantastic if you want to sunbathe privately in your own area.
The two pools in the complex are large, and very clean with plenty of sun beds to go around.
The beach is a five minute stroll from the apartment, with Marbella town itself a short drive away.
The apartment comfortably slept 4 people, with all the necessary white goods (washing machine / dishwasher)
There are some really fantastic restaurants in the area, and the owner has kindly left a list of his recommendations.

“We have always loved the Costa del Sol area of the South of Spain where it's year round warm climate has an irresistible attraction. Our apartment is a 2/3 minute walk from the nearest beach but there is a variety of other different beaches in close proximity. All of them have a selection of reasonably priced and accessible beach bars where you can swim, sunbathe, or relax in comfortable loungers with the best of food and drink. The more energetic can enjoy the very best of Golf & a variety of water & other sports & some lovely walks. The popular resorts of Marbella and the ultra chic Puerto Banus are only a short drive away while the towns of San Pedro, Estepona & Cancellada are on your doorstep. Retail outlets, bars, restaurants, local markets Supermarkets abound.”
Activity and Interests
Park Beach is a 3/5 minute walk from the beachside Apartment to a largely undeveloped beach with a very popular Beach Bar "Heaven" with excellent food/drink recliners etc and a variety of water sports. There are several other areas with more excellent beach bars and the usual recliners etc.
A 5/10 minute drive brings you to Estepona's magnificent mile long beach & impressive Prom with every facility.
Havana beach,an oasis of a cove, just beyond the Marina is the safest bathing
on the Med.
The closest Airports to Park Beach are Malaga and Gibralter and it is located an equal distance from both.
Malaga is the most popular as it carries the greatest amount and variety of traffic.
Park Beach is approx a 40/45 minute drive from either.
A car is not essential but is certainly recommended in order to enjoy the surrounding benefits to the maximum.
From Malaga Airport there is a choice of a tolled/non tolled road but clear explicit directions and advice is available from the Owner
Cancellada: Authentic Spanish village is across the road Accessible by car or by pedestrian bridge. Has traditional shops & bars etc.Has some of the very best Restaurants in the Costa.
Estepona & San Pedro nearby excellent towns contain brilliant retail outlets. The former fishing ports have superb fish & meat restaurants
Benhavis a 15 minutes drive is the renowned gastronomic capital of the Costa
Puerto Banus its magnificent Marina and renowned Marbella & the must see Orange Sq. all close by
There is a small but excellent shop attached to the adjacent Villacana property that will provide, at least, the basic early needs and can top up when necessary.

If everyone is agreeable to terms 30% deposit is paid up front either by way of Bank transfer (preferable) or cheque and the balance is paid the same way 6 weeks before commencement of holiday.
Gate security key and door keys are then sent to arrive in plenty of time.
Any other information needed and every assistance to maximize enjoyment of holiday will be forwarded as required.
Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday are the preferred booking periods and change over dates. In the off season this can be amended.
In High season particularly early departures and late arrivals are preferred but Owner will amend where it possible.
