Directly outside the Apartment and set amongst the superbly landscaped gardens are 2 magnificent large pools (lifeguard attended during high summer) where you can swim, sunbathe or simply relax in the most tranquil of surroundings.

2 minutes walk will bring you to the sea where you have a choice, in close proximity, of a largely unspoilt or a more developed beach.

For those anxious to venture farther for their sunbathing & swimming Estepona provides a very long sandy beach that meanders, via a splendid Promenade, through its thriving Marina to a paradise of a natural cove - Havana Beach -an absolute oasis of delight that includes 2 excellent Beach Bars and surely the safest beach (for kids & adults alike) on the Costa or indeed anywhere else.

For the energetic a visit to Victors Beach on the other side of San Pedro allows one to take, from there, an eye catching, mesmeric, scenic beach side walk all the way in to Marbella. This extremely popular walk, which is a must do, has been thoughtfully & tastefully developed by Marbella Town Hall & generally attracts an array of enthusiastic, vibrant and colourful participants. Once you have successfully completed the route then reward yourself with Breakfast in one of the very many attractive but modestly priced Cafes that litter the Marbella boardwalk, relax & watch the world go by.

Costa del Sol Paradise
We had an amazing stay at Dave's Park Beach rental. Every base was covered to ensure that our stay would be stress free. From the towels provided to the coffee machine to the information brochure detailing the best restaurants, bars etc. We found hiring a car to be beneficial, however there were plenty of options to eat and drink within walking distance. Additionally, the private back garden was kitted out with a Weber BBQ which we put to use! The apartment itself is much more spacious than I had originally thought from the photos and is in immaculate condition! The Park Beach pool is a real gem and the grounds are beautifully maintained, ideal for early morning or late evening walks. Dave was a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to visiting Park Beach many more times.

Great location, very clean grounds and pool. Stayed with our family with 3 children. Kitchen very well equipped and sky channels were a bonus for the kids. Good area for exploring nearby areas. We would definitely return.

Fantastic, can't wait to go back
Stayed here with a 12 and 14 year old,July 17 and cannot fault a thing. The position of the appartement is perfect, bedrooms and bathrooms ( shower in communal bathroom was brilliant) very large, lots of wardrobe/drawers and lots of hangers which is unusual. Beds very comfy. Large airy lounge with lazy boy sofas. Outside space was more than adequate with plenty of seating and sunbathing opportunities.This appartment has everything you need on holiday and more, every appliance, gadget, kitchen utensil,towels etc... you name it , this has it. There are 2 pools with onsite life guards ( make sure you take plastic glasses out to pool). Both pools have gradient levels into pool so great for old and young. Gardens and are lovely and well kept. We know the area well and would definately recommend. Try the beach bar at Heaven, it has been updated and is great for food or even just drinks. Saturday and Sunday has entertainment. Villa Cana has 4 restaurants, all very good especially the one near the beach. This is just a 5 minute walk away. Dave the owner was extremely helpful and was always at the end of the phone should you need him. Can't wait to go back , thanks Dave

Fabulous development
This is the second year we have stayed in this apartment. It is really lovely, the furnishings inside and out are great. Everything is well appointed, washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of crockery and cutlery, microwave, tons of linens and towels. Air conditioning, and full TV pack make this a great place to stay. The development is suberbly maintained with pool loungers and two huge pools. The owner is a delight to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to stay. Lots of good restaurants in the area and two beaches one within walking distance and another within a 5min drive.

Mary & I live in Ireland and have 2 adult children. Both of us work full time but eagerly look forward to spending All of our holidays in our very spacious apartment in Spain.

We enjoy the friendly atmosphere found in the locality and at this stage are on 1st name terms with many of the people with whom we interact while there.

Mary is particularly house proud. Each time we visit, as proven by the ever reducing size of our wallet!, there is an "essential" added to the furnishings or other improvements made to facilitate our guests comfort

Initially we did not intend renting. Once we saw the ongoing costs of Community fees, rates and taxes etc we quickly realized it would be necessary to rent in order to maintain and retain the property to the high standards that we all demand.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved the Costa del Sol area of the South of Spain where it's year round warm climate has an irresistible attraction.

Our apartment is a 2/3 minute walk from the nearest beach but there is a variety of other different beaches in close proximity. All of them have a selection of reasonably priced and accessible beach bars where you can swim, sunbathe, or relax in comfortable loungers with the best of food and drink.

The more energetic can enjoy the very best of Golf & a variety of water & other sports & some lovely walks.

The popular resorts of Marbella and the ultra chic Puerto Banus are only a short drive away while the towns of San Pedro, Estepona & Cancellada are on your doorstep.

Retail outlets, bars, restaurants, local markets Supermarkets abound.

What makes this property unique

What Park Beach offers is spacious and luxurious living in a mature and beautifully landscaped tropical garden setting with access to 2 large private pools and only a few minutes walk to the beach and that oh so blue Mediterranean

Across the road you have the unique Cancellada an original Spanish village where every day trade and commerce is carried out, as normal, by the locals in Spanish.

The village has a variety of traditional shops and bars where the tapas are regularly enjoyed by local and visitor alike.

Cancellada also enjoys a well merited reputation for having a number of the very finest Restaurants on the Costa and is deservedly renowned on the coast for its hugely competitive pricing and value.
