About this property

House is located in the base of large bay in rural area. House is away from main village and shares beach with few neighboring properties. Location is quiet and coalesced with nature, also secluded from main roads and local centers. House has large lot arround and is isolated form neigbouring properties by trees. House has direct access to the sea and private jetty with deck chairs in shade. There are two large terraces available with wonderful view. Two parking spaces are available and located 50 meters from house. A small motor boat is available with sport fishing equipment.
Property is located 20 km from the town of Trogir, right near Rogoznica, in remote part of large bay area populated with villas and apartments dedicated exclusively to tourism. Area is rural and you need a car to the nearest supermarket and restaurants (around 15min drive) except one which is 200 m away.
Road accessing the property area is steep on some spots and is 7 km far from main road.
Property is surrounded by nature an few neighbor properties and offers you peace and quiet place for vacation. Beach is in front of the house and has its own private spot reserved for our guests. Beach is not crowded with people and offers peaceful place for resting.

Great house in fantastic location

Beautiful quiet location with easy access to the sea. The owner made us feel very welcome and was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. The house was spotless, excellent outdoor spaces too. Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Car essential. We would definitely go back!

Great holiday

Had a great holiday in this property. Zeljko and family were very welcoming and the house is amazing! Well appointed kitchen, with gas and electric hobs and an electric oven. Having two good-sized fridges was great (we just used one as a drinks fridge :) ) and unexpected things like a cooled-water still and an ice maker were really good too. The outside areas are great - a huge rear terrace which was usually in lovely dappled shade and had a really good grill/BBQ - a large family sized table, where we ate most evenings; a front terrace that got more sun than the rear one; and even a third one with table & chairs. Bedrooms were comfy, and the aircon was very effective. The whole house was very clean. The jetty was great and the loungers had nice comfy pads - the jetty is only about 20m from the house and gives good access to the lovely clear water. The house is situated in a fairly secluded bay, though there is a bar within 5 minutes walk if you fancy a change from the terraces. There were only ever four or so other families in the entire bay when we were swimming - it never felt overcrowded in the slightest. There are good supermarkets within a 15 minute drive both north and south of the village and it is within easy reach (45 minute drive) of the Krka National Park, which is beautiful and you can swim in its waterfalls. Recommend visiting both Trogir and Primosten - both within 25 minutes. Highly recommended property - thanks Zeljko! :)

Lovely property in an idyllic setting

The property is well presented with air conditioning in the bedrooms. A large shady terrace with brick built bbq is ideal for outdoor eating. A second smaller terrace looks out onto the bay and is ideal for stargazing. The property is off the beaten track and ideal for a quiet getaway. The clear sea is literally 30 metres away.The nearest small shop and restaurant a 20 minute walk away along the coast. As well as relaxing by the sea we visited Split (80 minute drive), Trogir (30 minute drive). Both very interesting historical towns with lots of restaurants and opportunities to buy ice cream!. We also visited Krka National Park ( approx 90 minute drive) with it's amazing waterfalls and Venisce which is in a large bay with swimming area.
