Apartment in Puerto Pollensa - Newly Renovated
Beautiful ground floor fully renovated in 2013. It is located on the third line at 50 meters from a Blue Flag sandy beach. It is a quiet street, 50 meters from the natural park of La Gola where there is easy parking and is a 5 minute walk from the center, yacht club, pedestrian promenade, shops and restaurants. It is a fantastic place to spend a wonderful vacations, at he entrance there is a living room with aircon, and an Access tho the kitchen, there are 3 bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with two single beds together as a one double and one with a single bed that can occupy a fifth person. All rooms have access to the garden

apartment is in a quiet area and has ease of access with a large out door area. all three bedrooms have doors that open onto the outdoor space. the decor (furniture ornaments and many pictures) make it feel like a home from home. beautiful beach with deep sand (not overcrowded) is a 3 minute walk away. town center is 10 mins. the property is fully equipped, well maintained, modern and clean (hair dryer supplied). large supermarket 10 mins away. the fact that our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 2 in the morning didn't phase Marian. She arranged for her father Martin to come and let us in. we enjoyed our stay and the area is ideal if you prefere a laid back holiday. there are also plenty of sights to see and water sport facilities in the area. you will be spoiled for choice with the amount of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from and Pollenca is well worth a visit also old town Alcudia (both approx 6 kilometres away.

This was a great little place. Just behind the beach with is own outside sitting area. The apartment was lovely inside and in a good location only a few steps away from the beach.
The owners (Marian in particular) were really helpful and looked after us well all the way through.
Puerto Pollensa is a great place for families too. We had a car but not essential to do so.
All in all a great place to go.

Located in the privileged north-east part of the island, Puerto Pollensa is about 45 minute drive from Palma airport. Car hire is not essential, unless you wish to explore the island.
Taxis and buses are available from the airport and the apartment is 1minute walking from the taxi stand.

The village still retains the charm of the small fishing village it once was, but also now boasts a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants that cluster around the marina, town square and pine walk. Should you wish to experience the beautiful historic city of Palma, it is only 45 minutes away by car
Wednesday is the market day in Puerto Pollensa located 5 minutes walking.
Sunday is the market day in Pollensa old town 10 minutes driving o by public bus.
