Fantastic location, recently renovated to a high standard and fully furnished. This apartment proposes a modern and elegant touch and is situated directly in the heart of Cannes on the famous Rue de Felix Faure.

Upon exiting the apartment you are situated immediately onto the promenade and surrounded by the many bars, restaurants and designer shops that Cannes has to offer.

The private beach past the Palais are a five-minute walk away and the public beaches past le Suquet are a leisurely ten-minute walk away. Available for short and long term stays.

The apartment offers easy access to the metro station with its links to Monaco and St Tropez if you fancy visiting these wonderful, popular locations in France.

We welcome visitors to our apartment for congress, long weekends or longer visits.

There is a wonderful, welcome atmosphere in Cannes and many things to do include wonderful, leisurely walks along the beach, many fantastic restaurants and bars as well as easy access to local bakeries, markets and supermarkets if you fancy something a little closer to home!

Why Daniel Hodgson chose Le Suquet

I purchased this property as part of my portfolio (I also own rental properties in the UK). I purchased it due to its location - right in the centre of Cannes and is very popular for all the congress events which arrive each year in Cannes.

I loved the privacy, location and refurbished it to a high standard! Its such a lovely place to go to and I am looking for my next French purchase!

What makes this apartment unique

You really cannot get any closer to the festival from my apartment! It is so central but is still located within an apartment building that is quiet!

The property is situated within easy access of some fantastic restaurants and shops and I loved the fact that everything was so easily accessible! The train station is literally a 5 minute walk away and I have often used this to travel to St Tropez and Monaco!

We had a wonderful holiday thank you. I'd also like to thank you and Danny for the flowers and wine - they were a lovely surprise and much appreciated.

To be able to spend some quality family time with my husband, 2 sons and their girlfriends was just what I needed.

The apartment is lovely; extremely comfortable and obviously decorated and furnished in a luxurious way to a very high standard. We loved the Hollywood theme - made us feel like real stars. Carol from the Cannes Property Service responded immediately to my email/phone call - and was very helpful.

I don't have anything negative to say - it was all amazing and I would be very happy to go back again. So thank you for allowing us to use your apartment.

It was a shock to the system arriving back in the UK to rain and the temperature 15 degrees lower than we had been experiencing in Cannes. Back to reality now, but last week we enjoyed living the high life in another world!

The famous Cannes beach on the Croisette is a five minute/200 metre walk along the promenade. The lesser known but just as beautiful beach de midi towards le bocca is less than ten minutes/400 metre walk past the yachting dock.

Travel:

Nice airport is 30km and approximately 30 minutes by car. The train station is five minutes from the apartment and the number 200 coach goes straight into Cannes and stops at the town hall which is 100m from the apartment

Distances:

Cannes to Nice 30km.

Cannes to Monaco is 52 minutes by train.

Cannes to St. Tropez is 1 hour 17 by train.

There are many more beautiful destinations to visit along the French Riviera.

Further Details:

The apartment is on the crossing between Rue de Felix Faure and Rue D'Antibes. The most desirable and sought after location in Cannes. After the designer boutiques on the Croisette the main shopping street is the Rue d'Antibes where one will find a large variety of fashion stores. Cannes is well serviced with supermarkets, restaurants and banks. The large market at Forville close to the Old Town is a must for all visitors.

Awesome apartment in Cannes

The apartment was spotless and well air conditioned when we arrived. Rob was waiting for us, and went through all instructions. All the rooms were set up the way we wanted as we got there, and all rooms have air conditioning (4 totals). The whole apartment is quite contemporary looking, and very, very clean. Our family of 5 loved it.

The location cannot be any better; a very short walk to markets, restaurants, the beach, and shopping. Highly, highly recommend this apartment.

Awesome owner, agent and apartment!!

Our family of 6 adults and an infant rented this apartment from October 21 to October 30. We found this on the site and our adventure began. I believe Daniel and I emailed each other 8 times about different things and he was always prompt answering and always very positve.

We asked about a pack and play for the baby and by the next day he had bought one and it was in the apartment all set up when we arrived. We all had our bedrooms and baths and we had plenty of space for all of us. Location was wonderful. We walked out the door and we were in the middle of all the excitement of Cannes and all it offered, shopping, the markets, restaurants, bars, close to the marinas and a quick walk to the beach. We were also close to the Suquet, one of my favorite areas of Cannes. It has lots of great restaurants on a stone paved walkway up a hill with tables and chairs along the sides. Great food and great people watching!! If you are traveling by bus or train to Cannes, the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The apartment is in a great location but amazingly, we never heard any street noise. One warning however, as you come out of the apartment the first thing you will see will be a gelato shop on the left and another across the street. Loved it!!

Perfect spot in Cannes

This is our second time staying at Danny's for a market, and I can't say enough. The process is easy, with good communication; the apartment is large with plenty of room for our entire delegation (6 guests); and it's proximity to the Palais and all major restaurants makes it a breeze at the market to get around to all necessary meetings. Thanks again Danny, we'll be back!

Lovely holiday apartment

We have stayed at this apartment a number of times, its perfect location near to everything in cannes makes it a perfectly easy and convienent holiday break!

The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. The kitchen is practical and has everything you need whilst away on holiday, even a washing machine and dishwasher which we made is of!

The wifi and television options were spot on for lazy mornings at the apartment.

Location is amazing, directly opposite the port, the casino and local conscience shops, cafes and bakeries. Although it's right by everything, when your in the apartment looking out onto the courtyard you can't hear any of noise from the Main Street.

Perfect lovely stay every time we come to cannes - would highly recommend!

Beautiful Cannes Memories

Everything there you would want. Comfy beds, good showers, nice kitchen. Comfortable home from home in amazing location, in the very heart of Cannes, close to wonderful beaches. They were very helpful in giving us an extra night, when our return flight was cancelled, which helped in a stressful situation. Very happy
