Fantastic location, recently renovated to a high standard and fully furnished. This apartment proposes a modern and elegant touch and is situated directly in the heart of Cannes on the famous Rue de Felix Faure.

Upon exiting the apartment you are situated immediately onto the promenade and surrounded by the many bars, restaurants and designer shops that Cannes has to offer.

The private beach past the Palais are a five-minute walk away and the public beaches past le Suquet are a leisurely ten-minute walk away. Available for short and long term stays.

The apartment offers easy access to the metro station with its links to Monaco and St Tropez if you fancy visiting these wonderful, popular locations in France.

We welcome visitors to our apartment for congress, long weekends or longer visits.

There is a wonderful, welcome atmosphere in Cannes and many things to do include wonderful, leisurely walks along the beach, many fantastic restaurants and bars as well as easy access to local bakeries, markets and supermarkets if you fancy something a little closer to home!

We had a wonderful holiday thank you. I'd also like to thank you and Danny for the flowers and wine - they were a lovely surprise and much appreciated.

To be able to spend some quality family time with my husband, 2 sons and their girlfriends was just what I needed.

The apartment is lovely; extremely comfortable and obviously decorated and furnished in a luxurious way to a very high standard. We loved the Hollywood theme - made us feel like real stars. Carol from the Cannes Property Service responded immediately to my email/phone call - and was very helpful.

I don't have anything negative to say - it was all amazing and I would be very happy to go back again. So thank you for allowing us to use your apartment.

It was a shock to the system arriving back in the UK to rain and the temperature 15 degrees lower than we had been experiencing in Cannes. Back to reality now, but last week we enjoyed living the high life in another world!

Excellent location

This apartment was perfect for our family. With 2 young children everything was on our doorstep. Perfect location. 2 minute walk to the beach, Haagen daaz cafe opposite and Zara on the next block. What more could you want! Excellent local restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to le suquet. The apartment was well equipped, clean and well managed. And although positioned in a very 'buzzy' area, the apartment itself was very peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended *****

Chic apartment in Cannes

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying in this stylish and clean apartment near the harbor and beaches of Cannes. Despite it's busy location in an area with restaurants, cars, and pedestrians, the apartment was quiet. The beds were large and comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped with new appliances. Having the pedestrian mall one block behind us with a supermarket, bakeries, and small stores was a nice bonus as well.

Excellent! Well placed, well kept

This owner went out of his way to make our stay perfect. Attentive and helpful in recommending restaurants and other areas to visit. (The train station is just a short walk away and visiting places like Antibes and Monaco is very easy).The apartment itself was perfect for 6 people --roomy enough that you don't get under each others feet! Just a short walk to the beach and all that Cannes has to offer.

Fantastic comfortable apartment in Cannes

This apartment is super comfortable with everything you could possibly need to have a home from home. The king sized beds and well fitted bathrooms make it comparable to a five star hotel but with the added bonus of a living area and kitchen with all new appliances. We had a great stay and will come again to this apartment. The location cannot be beaten as it is on the main street where all the restaurants and main shops are. However, the flat is super quiet and restful, no noise from the street as it is at the back of the building. Everything you could want in a holiday apartment.

Great stay during congress

Two colleagues and I stayed at this great apartment for a business congress.

Making the reservation was easy, and the owner was very helpful in answering questions. The apartment itself is very well located with easy access to shops, the beach, many restaurants and bars as well as the Palais des Festivals.

Despite visiting during the nasty flood in Cannes, our stay was still a great success, and Carol who manages the property in Cannes was very helpful in resolving issues that arose as a result of the storm (which affected all of Cannes).

The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, and having 3 bathrooms is a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend this property.

My partner and i stayed at the apartment for four days in June and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to stay! The apartment was stunning throughout, clean, tidy and had everything we could have needed! You walk out the apartment door and you are right in the center of everything, restaurants, bars, the beach - what more could you want! I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment! Everything prior to our visit was planned out for us - maps to the train stations, recommendations of restaurants to visit, anything i asked for was set out ready for me! I can not thank Kim enough for sorting everything out for us! Have already recommended the apartment to friends and family and are looking to return ourselves next year! A truly beautiful apartment in a romantic setting right in the heart of Cannes!

I purchased this property as part of my portfolio (I also own rental properties in the UK). I purchased it due to its location - right in the centre of Cannes and is very popular for all the congress events which arrive each year in Cannes. I loved the privacy, location and refurbished it to a high standard! Its such a lovely place to go to and I am looking for my next French purchase!

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Nice at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Many bars close by Nearest Ferry : Trans cote d'Azur at 0.2 Kilometres Nearest Golf : cannestouristinformation.co.uk/golf-in- at 15 Kilometres Nearest Train : Cannes train station at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Many restaurants close by Nearest Beach : La Croisette and Le plage midi at 0.2 Kilometres Car: not necessary


The famous Cannes beach on the Croisette is a five minute/200 metre walk along the promenade. The lesser known but just as beautiful beach de midi towards le bocca is less than ten minutes/400 metre walk past the yachting dock.


Nice airport is 30km and approximately 30 minutes by car. The train station is five minutes from the apartment and the number 200 coach goes straight into Cannes and stops at the town hall which is 100m from the apartment


Cannes to Nice 30km.

Cannes to Monaco is 52 minutes by train.

Cannes to St. Tropez is 1 hour 17 by train.

There are many more beautiful destinations to visit along the French Riviera.

Further Details:

The apartment is on the crossing between Rue de Felix Faure and Rue D'Antibes. The most desirable and sought after location in Cannes. After the designer boutiques on the Croisette the main shopping street is the Rue d'Antibes where one will find a large variety of fashion stores. Cannes is well serviced with supermarkets, restaurants and banks. The large market at Forville close to the Old Town is a must for all visitors.

You really cannot get any closer to the festival from my apartment! It is so central but is still located within an apartment building that is quiet! The property is situated within easy access of some fantastic restaurants and shops and I loved the fact that everything was so easily accessible! The train station is literally a 5 minute walk away and I have often used this to travel to St Tropez and Monaco!
